This 4 bed/3 bath features one of the nicest outdoor areas in all of CSB. The pool is large and the native landscaping is immaculate. Not to mention the outdoor shower/bathroom and fish cleaning station!
Inside you'll find a newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. The King primary bedroom with private screened deck and luxury en suite adds to the oasis vibe. There are also 2 additional queen bedrooms and an amazing bunk room.
Entryway (Ground Level):
As you walk into the home, you'll find an area to stash your shoes and a stairwell leading up to the first level of the home. You'll also find an elevator available for guest use.
First Level
The first level features the primary king suite and an incredible bunk room for all the kids. This bunk room has (4) Queen beds, (1) full bed, and (1) twin bed. It's the king of all bunk rooms!
The primary king suite has a newly renovated luxurious en suite bathroom complete with a walk in shower and separate tub. Another feature of the primary suite is a private screened in porch accessible through double french doors. The primary suite also has a work station in the bedroom.
Finally on this level you will find a large bathroom for guests in the bunk room to use. This bathroom also houses the washer/dryer.
Second Level
A quick walk up another flight of stairs (or ride up the elevator) brings you to the second level of this home which features a recently renovated fully stocked chefs kitchen with beautiful Cambria quartz countertops, new American Woodworks cabinets and all new LG stainless steel appliances. Rounding out the kitchen area is eat-in counter area and a massive walk-in pantry to store all your beach snacks and groceries.
The living room features a massive 70" smart tv and two comfy sofas in case the weather keeps you inside. The living/dining/kitchen areas are all open concept, with access to the large screened porch available through double doors off the dining area. The screened porch has lots of outdoor furniture and a nice outdoor sectional to enjoy the fresh gulf breezes! Peek-a-boo ocean views can be seen from this level of the home.
Finally, the second level has two queen bedrooms that share a newly remodeled bathroom with a single vanity and large walk-in shower. Both queen bedrooms have smart tv's.
Outdoors
I've saved the best for last. The outdoor space at this home is bar none one of the finest outdoor spaces at any home on Cape San Blas. The large saltwater pool is the star of the show (heat available upon request and a $500 weekly fee) and is perfectly complimented by the beautiful pristine native landscaping, tiki bar area, outdoor shower, outdoor bathroom and outdoor fish cleaning station. Its truly a place for maximum relaxation with family and friends!!!
Beach access is a 10 minute walk or short golf cart ride away (please inquire for golf cart rental company recommendations). Reference photos for beach access route from home.
There is parking available for up to 5 vehicles (2 spaces covered under home) or a few vehicles and a small boat.

**Please note the elevator may be used throughout your stay, but be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If any issues arise during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee**
**Please note that for the safety of our guests this home features exterior security cameras on all elevations of this home**
All spaces of this home are available for guest use except for a couple of locked owners closets throughout the home.
