Being just across the street from St Joseph Bay, it is within walking distance to a public kayak ramp which opens up into the head of the Bay. There is a bike path across the street that extends the length of the peninsula.

By the way, the unit is perfectly named because one can enjoy both breathtaking sunrises and sunsets! The kitchen is stocked with all essentials needed. A 50” SMART HD TV is featured in the main living area!
