Our stay was incredible. The housing was incredibly spacious, clean and had a wide variety of activities for the entire family to be engaged in. Everything was well kept. The pool and hot tub were working perfectly, the right temperature and very clean. The ease of access to the beach is amazing with it just being a short walk out the back. The beauty and privacy of the beach is one of a kind! Additionally, we had constant support for the entire stay if any questions arose.

This is an amazing home! It has great open areas for the family to gather. It is very well stocked in the kitchen, has a beach closet and chairs at the end of the boardwalk. Beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean and dunes. We loved having the pool and hot tub in addition to the beach. We had a great time visiting local restaurants and bars. We also rode horses on the beach thru Rocken M. Tylor was able to set up a beach bonfire for us. He was very welcoming and helpful with any questions about the house or area as well. We would love to go back. Such a beautiful unspoiled area, hope that you get to experience it!

We visited the cape for the first time for a last minute family getaway and could not have been more pleasantly surprised. The area was extremely laid back and relaxing and the house was perfect for our crew. The views are great, especially from the master bedroom and we loved having a pool and some great outdoor space. Lots of games and activities at the property with enough other spaces to get away for some alone too. The super large dining table is the most thoughtful element we have seen in a beach rental. Definitely give this property a try.

We stayed here with 2 other families and had a wonderful time. House is beautiful and had everything we needed. Even a lovely welcome bag with coffee. Walk between house and the beach is gorgeous. frogs, lizards, birds and fireflies at night! beach is not crowded and peaceful. outside area with pool kept all the kids entertained between ocean and pool! we all will come back! Tyler was super attentive and helped with anything we needed!

This property was exceptionally clean upon arrival, obviously meticulously prepared for guests. Well-appointed, stocked with essentials, had everything we needed for our 6 week stay, and even a few extra treats!! Easily fit 14 guests. The heated pool in February was so amazing, although the hot tub was too hot, IMO (that’s the only complaint I have lol). Had everything you would need for beach, even toys for the kids, chairs, umbrella. Kitchen had all the countertop appliances you could ask for. Tylor was a Five Star Host/Manager with outstanding concierge-type service. Would absolutely rent this house, or one of his other properties again. 100% recommend!

Tylor was phenomenal he was in touch from beginning to end. I let him know that it was going to be my 50th birthday weekend celebration. I had 60 people from Georgia and New York coming to celebrate with me in Cape San Blas! The hideaway house was the perfect fit for 16 of my immediate family members and the backdrop for a beautiful 50th celebration. I have to say I am a little picky when it comes to decor, bedding and cleanliness. When I first walked in to the house, it was far better than the pictures showed. It had the most beautiful coastal vibe. The kitchen was stocked perfectly with everything needed. A wonderful sound bar speaker. A closet full of beach, toys, corn hole and the outdoor pool table was a hit!!! And that’s not even talking about the perfectly heated pool in January that stayed full of kids of all ages. The hot tub and party lights that draped over the decking was 100%. This house lacks nothing. The beautiful toiletries that were left in each bathroom from shampoo, hand soap, lotion, even breath, mints made this property first class. We loved having two refrigerators/freezer. One upstairs in the kitchen and one downstairs inside the lower level close to the pool. The elevator was a wonderful bonus to getting luggage to the third-floor. we hosted 40 people on the back pool deck with The Real Paella Catering and then used light up your night bonfire that was ready for us at the beach following dinner. It truly was the most perfect home for this occasion. I was lucky enough to snag the 2nd master on the third floor and woke up to the most amazing views on the island. Just breathtaking I can sit here and think if there was any negatives about the home and cannot truly come up with one. It was perfection. Any family that rents this house is lucky and me and my family will be back. And not only that I will be following Tylor’s other rentals because he too is first class. His assistant also popped over to check to see if we needed anything. So Grateful

Tylor and VIP Vacation Rentals saved our vacation! Our original reservation with a different property management company got canceled the night before we were scheduled to arrive due to electrical issues from a lightning strike. We had to scramble to find a new house that could accommodate our group of 10 adults and landed on The Hideaway. From the moment we reached out to inquire about the house (the night before we were supposed to arrive) through the end of our stay, Tylor made himself available to answer any questions we could possibly have. Words cannot describe how amazing our stay at The Hideaway was. The house was stocked with ample supplies/dishes/glasses/towels/utensils/soap/etc. It was beautifully decorated and had plenty of comfortable seating for a large group. The outdoor amenities were incredible. We spent hours and hours together on the deck off the main living area and on the bottom floor deck playing pool, swimming in the pool, and relaxing in the hot tub. I still can’t get over how gorgeous the private beach was. The walk down the pathway toward the beach was equally beautiful. On our last night, we carried our beach chairs out to the dark beach to look at the stars— it was breathtaking. As a group we only had a couple of minor suggestions, which I’ve shared below. -It would be nice to have the propane tank for the grill full upon arrival. We wanted to grill out this first night but the propane tank was empty and the charcoal in the bucket was wet. -We spent so much time outdoors, an outdoor TV on either deck would have been awesome! -There is a huge closet packed with beach chairs/pool floats/sand toys. We rented chairs on our way down and would not have needed to if we knew there were so many already at the house. -Not a suggestion but a heads up that the walkway down to the beach becomes rather narrow with no railing. I could see this being a hazard for small children.

Perfect- perfect location (close access to Presnells/Captain Clint's boat launch), perfect communication from the host, perfect set up for a big family like ours (ejoyed having 8 adults and 8 children all at the same table for meals). Family enjoyed the beach, private pool, hot tub, corn hole boards, beach gear, double outdoor showers, and swing on porch. Master was immaculate with lots of extra space with incredible views. My children and grandchildren don't want me to say too many nice things so our dates for this house don't get stolen for the next year.

We just finished our stay at this amazing property and truly had the week of our lives! The outdoor entertaining areas are incredible for a large group with kids. The space includes a hot tub, pool, pool table and more with a covered outdoor seating area for adults to supervise from above -- just perfect! We went during July 4th week and did not feel crowded at all on the beach. Tylor (the property manager) was top notch and very communicative from booking through departure -- cannot say enough good things about his professionalism and attention to detail. We had an amazing July 4th week and made family memories we'll never forget!

Beautiful house, The Hideaway, was perfect for our large family group of 15. Only complaint was needs more bathrooms. There were so many great details about the house, very thoroughly appointed for a beach house. The property manager, Tylor, was very pleasant, easily accessible, quick to respond amd helpful. This house was the perfect house for our family! The property manager truly understands hospitality. From the planning leading up to the arrival, he was extremely helpful and accommodating. Upon our arrival, the house was equipped with the most wonderful welcoming touches. There were coordinating soap sets throughout the house and in every bathroom including mints and chocolates! The house felt very well equipped with everything we would need to make our stay comfortable. We had mentioned we were celebrating a big birthday and a big anniversary and the property manager surprised us with two DELICIOUS locally made cakes (including candles) and a bottle of champagne and a goodie bag including coffee and other local treats. The clean and updated décor felt comfortable, yet upscale. The pillows, sheets and towels felt new and so soft - these are the things we notice and appreciated! We were a group of 11 and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. The kids enjoyed the card table including chess/checkers set, shuffleboard game, and the outdoor hot tub and pool table. I think that's where they spent most of their time! We all enjoyed sitting outside on the decks and on the porch swing watching the beautiful views of the dunes and gulf. The boardwalk is perfect to get you out to the beach. And with a cart, you can easily carry all your chairs, umbrellas, and coolers with ease. This house was in the perfect location and close to many great options for dinning out - Port St Joe and Indian Pass were all just a few minutes' drive from the house. We look forward to coming back to stay again soon to this treasure on the Cape.

A beautiful custom built Gulf front home located in the Piney Woods Subdivision on South Cape. This home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The Hideaway offers a ton of amenities like no other, a Private Pool (can be heated for an Additional fee) Hot tub, outdoor pool table, 2 outdoor showers, Corn hole and much more. With tons of deck space covered and not covered The Hideaway is great for relaxing and entertaining. This private Gulf front estate has amazing views on every deck and a private board walk to the beach. Entering the The Hideaway on the (Ground Level) you will have a large entertainment area with two couches a large Smart TV/Cable, Indoor corn hole, shuffle board table, and a built in chest set/card table. This area also offers an additional Fridge/Freezer for over flow, a half bath, laundry room, elevator access and access to the outdoor entertainment deck. Headed up to the second floor will be a spacious living room, kitchen and dining area all offering spectacular views of the gulf. The living room has a large sectional couch with a Smart TV/cable.
