Flor Cabana - Florencia 107, Perdido Key, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Our family spent a week here and could not have asked for a better place to stay! There was so much space that we didn't feel crowded at all. The kids loved the outdoor and indoor pool. It was so close to the beach, which was not nearly as crowded as we saw at other beaches. It was also close to all the activities you'd want. Our kids went jet skiing, we visited the old forts nearby, went parasailing, dolphin watching and of course shopping! I loved being on the bottom floor and it was so convenient to get in and out. We never had trouble finding a parking space for our vehicles. It was quiet and clean, being in a very private, uncrowded area. And the condo is absolutely beautiful inside as well. It had everything we needed and we actually decided to grill and fix meals almost every day. Loved having a TV in every bedroom, as well as ceiling fans. I actually can't thing of one thing we didn't like about staying here, except the jellyfish decided to come out and play while we were there! Any questions we had beforehand were answered and Rhonda was a wonderful hostess! My husband is not a beach person, but I think I could easily talk him into going back again soon!! Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed this vacation and hopefully it won't be the last! Thanks for letting this be our home for a week!!

I absolutely loved staying at the Flora Cabana! The location was great. The property could not have been nicer even with a few construction issues going on due to hurricane damage last year. The condo had everything and the back deck was perfect for watching both the sunrise and the sunset. I loved Perdido Key as well! Less crowded and the beach was not far at all from the property. Good highly recommend stay here and would do it again in a heartbeat.

I had a great time! The condo was beautiful and very clean. It was beautifully decorated. The condo was convenient to the pool and the beach, with public beach parking was right across the street. I loved the laundry room right by the front door. This made it so easy when we returned from the beach. I stayed in a twin bed and it was very comfortable!!! The owner made it very welcoming!

I have always enjoyed going to the beach. Rhonda's place is no exception. I rented through the owner and she was very accommodating, pleasant, and easy to deal with. I took my grandkids and they loved the place. Every aspect was wonderful. From the bayside where my grandson fished to the beach side, to the indoor pool and the outdoor pool...it all was beautiful. The kids loved the fitness center and used it daily. We used every single amenity. The condo has an open floor plan which we loved. Everything was new and spotless. I loved that the beach was not real crowded and the relaxed atmosphere. Great restaurants were very close by and also shopping. I would highly recommend this place. Actually, I am going again very soon and looking forward to it!!!!

This gorgeous place was perfect for our vacation with extended family. The convenience of the first floor location was fantastic - it was steps from EVERYTHING but was still somehow quiet and tucked away. Corner unit with beautiful light and lots of windows; outdoor porch/balcony provided a perfect view of the water, the pool, and the SUNSETS right from the unit. Outdoor furniture was deluxe and wonderfully comfortable, electric grill was easy to use and easy to clean. Beds were incredibly comfortable. The open floor plan for kitchen/living/dining was ideal for everyone to be together and the kitchen was fully stocked (even a crock pot!) and everything was brand spanking new. There is even a wonderful stash of board games that we used a lot. Our group used every single amenity available on the property (which was beautifully landscaped and well-kept), and there were many: outdoor pool, indoor pool, small private beach on the river, fishing/boating piers, tennis courts, fitness room, sauna, steam room….and you literally walk across the street and you are on the beach (which was not at all crowded and we were here in peak season!) I had never been to Perdido Key but I was so thrilled by the relaxed atmosphere of the area - it felt far removed from some of the commercial chaos of Gulf Shores/Orange Beach but it was still easily drivable to those areas, and only 10 minutes from a Walmart where we picked up our groceries. All in all, this was in the top tier of beach houses we have ever been to, and we will certainly be back!

We have always vacationed in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach and occasionally Ft. Morgan and I loyalty ve them all but decided to try somewhere a little less crowded !!! And after staying at Florencia we found it !!!! This particular unit is furnished beautifully with everything you could possibly need. We rented through the owner and she was so accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We will be returning in a couple of weeks and are so looking forward to it. It is perfect for our group of 8 and is so spacious you do not get into each other’s way!!!! The kids love the indoor pool while I am hoping for a day or two by the beautiful outdoor pool. Another thing we like about this unit is that there is an electric grill on the deck so we will definitely be grilling out some. Also looking forward to visiting some of our close favorite spots. Lillians has the best pizza and sandwiches around. Also looking forward to Cosmos and Cobalts. Thank you Rhonda for all the tips and sharing your beautiful condo with us!!!!!
