This home is located in the upscale beach community of Martinique with miles of world famous white sandy beaches. There is a French Caribbean feel throughout the resort. Martinique is located 11 miles from Gulf shores where you will find all the restaurants and shopping and family activities to enjoy while making memories and relaxing on your perfect beach vacation.
Martinique is a private, guarded, gulf front community that is golf cart friendly with boardwalks for easy access to the beach. The amenities include biking and walking trails throughout, well maintained tennis courts, and two pools. One pool is located in the center of the community which features an indoor/outdoor heated pool, large sunbathing deck, and hot tub all surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and palm trees. The other pool is directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and also has a hot tub, and a children’s pool. There is a well equipped fitness center for those who indulge a little too much in a rich southern cuisine and fresh local seafood. There is also a trolley that runs throughout the resort for easy access to the beach and other amenities.
Martinique is adjacent to Bon Secour wildlife refuge with 4,000 acres of undeveloped wilderness. If you enjoy the game of golf you’re in luck. We have 16 of the best golf courses in the south all within a short drive from Martinique. Some of the nearby activities include parasailing, jet-ski rentals and deep sea fishing. Don’t forget to visit one of our most famous attractions Fort Morgan. This Civil War fort is well preserved and full of history. This tropical paradise is perfect for families looking for the perfect beach vacation without having to use a passport.
This home offers a golf golf cart and four bicycles for the guests use. There is also an extra fridge in the garage for all the extra drinks and food.
COQUILLE
1st floor
This home has six bedrooms with five full baths. The floors are tiled throughout with carpet in the bedroom and on the stairs. The first floor has a master suite with a king bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet, and a master bath with a walk in tiled shower and a garden tub. The second bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed, flat screen TV and full bath with a walk in shower.
You will enjoy the living room with the sectional couch and 46" flat screen TV mounted on the wall. The dining room has a circular dining table with seating for eight. There is also a breakfast nook with seating for six. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, ice maker, and wine cooler. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. In the attached garage you will find your electric golf cart and another side by side refrigerator/freezer. The screened in back porch has a tiled floor with plenty of seating. There is also an open tiled patio with a gas grill and seating.
2nd Floor
The second floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen TV, and a full bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a two twin beds also and a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo, and a flat screen TV. There is also a sitting room on the second floor with a sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV.
3rd Floor
This floor has two bedrooms. One with bunk beds and the other with a queen. There is a full bath with a walk in tiled shower. you also have a very comfortable reading nook on the third floor.
There is a three car limit for this home. Your reservation will include a parking pass for 3 cars
Golf carts are not allowed to be parked in the condo parking lot. Golf carts are not allowed on non-prepared surface (sand, landscaping, dirt or in the yards). The guest will be responsible for any fines or assessments to the owner for not following the rules of the association.
No trailers, RV'S or motorcycles are allowed on the property.
This house does have an outdoor security camera system.
