Our family just returned from our "first ever" all family vacation in Ft. Morgan and had the best time!

The house is spacious and was perfect for our family! The kitchen was extremely well stocked and even though we didn't cook much, we would have had just about anything to work with had we chosen to do that. The view from the balconies was beautiful! There is a large dining table that was able to seat all of us and we enjoyed visiting on the balcony during the day as well.

The house is well stocked with items you might need for children and babies and the store room below was a nice place to store our beach chairs/toys and was also stocked with some carts/toys, etc.

We enjoyed our time there so much and would recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing time near the beach!

This was such a perfect location

This home was perfect for our family vacation! We loved being on the beach, but with 4 kids under 4, it was also great to have a pool down the street. There was plenty of seating for meals - indoors or outdoors - and just about every kitchen item you could need (I’m a tea drinker and would have liked a tea kettle, but I’m probably in the minority!). It was awesome to have carts to take things to the beach - and there are Lots of beach supplies in the storage area that we didn’t need, but would be nice for those flying into town. We especially loved that the beach was not crowded - it was a longer drive into town, but that wasn’t what we were there for, so the extra space for sand castles. flying kites and setting up our canopy was perfect for us. My favorite part was sitting in the balcony in the morning for my devotions and at night, just listening to the waves crashing in. Bonus was that we saw dolphins from the house almost every day!

Absolutely loved the Tropical Dunes. Enjoyed the beach! Quite location which we really enjoyed. Other guests were also very nice. The house was perfect. Lots of space with beautiful view! Thank you, Carla!

Wasn't sure what to expect. Hoping the photos shown with the listing were accurate and they were! Our entire group loved the house. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The beach was great also. Will consider the house if we decided to vacation at Fort Morgan again in the future.

We had a great stay at the property. The location and accommodations were perfect. The beach chairs, toys, nets, boogie boards, and canopy made it so convenient for our crew.

Very nice house. We had a great time and loved that the beach was not too crowded. We vacation in Destin every year, but we don't like how crowded the beaches have gotten. Ft Morgan was awesome! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

This is a great house for a beach vacation. Plenty of room for everyone. Well stocked kitchen; beach toys and carts; great location away from the busy strip of Gulf Shores yet not too far away. Would highly recommend and would rent again!

Our family(my parents, sisters, and their spouses and kids) goes on a trip together every other year. It is hard to find a place that fits us all comfortably. This place was amazing! The house is spacious and clean. The view was great wether you wanted to sit on the lower and upper decks or on the couch. The walk to the beach was short and easy! I hope my family and I will get to stay again on our next vacation! Thank you for having us!

The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of bedrooms, comfortable beds, lots of beach toys and you can beat the view from the deck! We loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean!

Everything was better than I expected. House was very clean. They have everything you need for the beach. No complaints at all! Definitely going to be renting again.

We had four adults and seven teenagers with us over spring break. The house layout is perfect and each room was spacious on the main level. We enjoyed meals together, the kitchen was a dream! We cooked a lot and there were plenty of pans, dishes, silverware that we could use for our group of 11. The extra amenities like the beach toys, storage, blankets, Wii were topping on the cake! Thank you for the great memories!

This a beautiful home right on the beach. Has 2 pools within 5 -7minute walk. Fully stocked kitchen supplies and beach chairs. I gave 4 stars on cleanliness as there was a couple toilets that did not get cleaned properly by the cleaning company. Owner is fabulous and very quick to answer questions and solutions to any problems. Wish we could've stayed a month!

Our group was looking for a place away from the action and this place was perfect! It’s near the end of the Fort Morgan peninsula. The beach is much less crowded. The property was also great in that it had a king suite on the main floor (for my parents who are older). Tacky Jack’s very close by for those who want to dine out. Good experience overall!

Great house, wonderful sun sets, comfortable beds. All of us had a peaceful vacation. We've been going to Fort Morgan for 10+ years. I especially enjoyed late September.

We so enjoyed this home. It had everything we could possibly need. We loved all of the bedrooms and it accommodated our family perfectly. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

We had an amazing stay. Two family's in the house and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner's communication was seamless and very easy. The house was perfect for our group of 13 people ranging from 5 to 66 years in age. The owners made a wide variety of beach toys and chairs available which was awesome. The access to the beach was great. It is a little far from Gulf Shores but the seclusion is great as the beach is yours for the taking! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great time at tropical dunes. Property was great. Carla was always quick to respond. Quite and out of the way was awesome but you do need to plan and make one or two runs to the store.

We will stay here again if we come back

This house was a perfect fit for our family of 12. I was repeatedly told by our adult kids that we "knocked it out of the park" with this rental. (I hope that doesn't increase the cost!) It was very well equipped and great for entertaining.

The only (small) note to the cleaning crew is to take a look at the door handles. Those areas could use a little love.

Upper and lower decks offer wonderful unobstructed views of the gulf--a great place to relax and watch dolphins, as well as the shipping traffic in & out of Mobile Bay. The easily-accessed beach was gorgeous and uncrowded, and the owner has provided plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc. The house is in a gated community with nice amenities--the pool & hot tub are a short walk from the house. Owner was very easy to deal with. Highly recommend this property.

This house is superbly laid out - you can view the beach if you are cooking, dinning or relaxing in the living room - bedrooms are spacious - as well as decking wide enough to dine or lay out on - the 2nd floor balcony has great views of the stars and beach - better supplied than a lot of rentals we have stayed at and the internet was solid !

This home is a perfect family vacation home. The bedrooms are large with private baths. There are two large decks which are great for eating, sunning, and hanging out and watching the ocean. The beachfrint location is fabulous!!! You are at the end of the beach and do not have to fight crowds for a spot in the sand!! We had 2 families and gramma and all had plenty of space. Thanks again for sharing this home with us!! Hopefully we will be back!!

I'm so glad our family stay at this house! we have never been to Fort Morgan before and and this house is number 1 for us. It held our family of 15 just fine. It's clean and plenty of cookware so you can eat in when you want. I loved the view of the ocean. And Carla was so helpful when we called her about a package we needed delivered. I would definitely stay here again..

This house worked perfect for our family's beach vacation! We had 6 adults and 3 children, ages 12, 11 and 9. There was plenty of space for us to spread out with bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Loved the gated community concept. Nice quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of town. Sassy Bass is 5 minutes away with good pizza and anything you would need for quick essentials. We all enjoyed watching the dolphins in the morning and hunting for crabs on the beach at night. Even had an unexpected flyover of the Blue Angels one morning! Thank you, Carla and Remis, for sharing your beautiful home with us. You were great to work with during the rental process from start to finish.

This is our 3rd year to stay in this beautiful, well appointed home. This was the first year that we experienced any issue with maintenance - the downstairs A/C went out. I texted the owner at about 9:00am and there was a repairman on site within an hour and a half who quickly diagnosed the problem, contacted the owner to get approval for the repairs, and had the A/C up and going before 4:30pm. This owner has been supportive each year with answers to questions about the house and keeping us informed about issues with the area pool and changes to area security but this showed us the extent to which her promise to support renters will go.

We took 6 adults and 9 children between the ages of 3-13 to Tropical Dunes the week after Christmas and made some great memories ringing in the New year. The home is set up very well to sleep large groups comfortably and with plenty of bathrooms to accommodate everyone getting ready for the day's events. The view from the second level balcony is particularly nice. We saw dolphins playing every day we were there right off the shore. The toys and beach chairs provided by the home owner for the kids to play and the group to lounge while on the beach was way above and beyond expectations. This home owner has thought of everything for your stay. I was most impressed with the forethought of the owner about what would make vacationers feel more at home. The location is private and secluded, which was attractive to us. There are several restaurants within five minutes of the house, but 20 minutes straight down Ft. Morgan road gets you to any and everything you need. 

Lastly, our group loves Alabama football and do NOT miss the Tide play for any reason shy of death. When we got to the house the first night, four days before kickoff, we realized the TV package did not have the channel we needed to watch the game. We asked the home owner to help us make that happen sometime between our arrival and game day. She had it done in 10 minutes! That is responsive, understanding and was much appreciated! Simply put, Stay here. It will be a great experience I am certain.

The home is very lovely and very clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all of good size. The decks and views are amazing.
