Came down from North Alabama to relax and enjoy some of the Mardi Gras festivities and parades . This was our first time to stay here and we loved it . The views from the balconies were breath taking as well as the views from the living, dining and kitchen . The beds were so comfortable we all slept in every morning .The view in master bedroom on second floor is all you could ask for in a beachfront home. Thanks again Sam for sharing your beach home with our family .

Our family of 19 had a fantastic vacation. Great location, fabulous view of the Gulf and easy access to the beach. The view from all three decks was amazing. Kitchen was well equipped and as others have stated, the commercial ice machine was a great bonus feature. Sam is a great host. This is the third time I've rented from Sam and he is very personable and wants to help you have a fantastic time. Thanks Sam!

The Elf extended families (18 of us) had a wonderful time at Chivas by the Sea. We celebrated a birthday, family reunion, and a very greatful Thanksgiving, with these gorgious views. We come from Columbus, Ohio. Now hopefully we will get a Buckeye win over that Alabama team. We will for sure do this again.
