With a Gulf-facing balcony, you'll love the view this condo offers with access from living room and master bedroom! The building is across street from the Gulf but most amenities are directly on the Gulf side with access via an enclosed crosswalk. On the Gulf side, you'll have access to an outdoor pool with a lazy river, hot tub as well as a gated boardwalk to the beach. There is a second outdoor pool on the same side as the complex, as well as restroom areas, BBQ area, and a fitness center.
THINGS TO KNOW
Crystal Tower will be under construction during Fall 2025, however weather delays may extend the construction project into the Winter. Construction equipment and workers will be present on site during this time. Construction noise is to be expected during working hours. North exterior views of the lagoon may be obstructed at any time. Parking and access may be limited or rerouted as needed. The elevated walkway will be closed and rerouted while the second floor is recoated. For inquiries regarding the construction timeline, please call our 24/7 guest experience line.
