We enjoyed a month in this great condo and perfect location! The view from the balcony was beautiful and love the private elevator, no wait!! The owners are great to work with and quick to respond to any questions. Perfect for a large family. We highly recommend this condo!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo the whole month of November. Plenty of room for everyone and great view of the beach. The owners were great to work with and always respond quickly to any questions.

We had an amazing family vacation! The condo is perfectly furnished (the grandkids loved the bunk beds) and Megan was very responsive. We can’t wait to come back next summer!!

Great location on the beach for ladies getaway. Loved the balcony! Right next door to Sea and Suds restaurant. Within walking distance to the Gulf Grill. Great food and service. Private elevator is awesome.

We had a great family week in this awesome condo. The kids had a blast and loved the ocean and kiddie pool (and the private elevator!) The location is perfect. There is a market conveniently located across the street. The owners are very hands-on and give great recommendations. This is our second visit to this condo and it will not be our last.

We had the best time staying at John and Michelle’s condo! Everything was clean and nicely furnished. The view from the balcony was wonderful and we loved not having to wait for the elevator. Our kids (1 & 3) loved the kiddie pool and the walk to the beach was very short. We will definitely stay here again!!

Dan Z from Centerville OH ***** 5 stars Stayed March 23-30 What a wonderful place and location. We all fell in love with Gulf, and my family raved about John’s penthouse. Spacious and outfitted with everything we needed and then some. The huge balcony offered a great view of the white sand beach and gorgeous Gulf. This is our first time to this area, but it definitely won’t be our last. John’s communication was the best I’ve experienced, and I’ve rented many places over the years. Would definitely return to Gulf Shores again, and John’s place is at the top of our list. Thanks for your hospitality!

This is a great condo in the perfect location. Everything you need is within walking distance. Many restaurants are within walking distance but the kitchen is also well equipped if you want to cook and eat in. Plenty of room for a large group

The condo was better than advertised! We went during Spring Break with a four generations of family together. The condo was easily accessible by my grandmother with a walker. The deck had views that she felt like she was “on the beach”. Easy to get to everything. Worked perfectly for our vacation! Also, John and Michelle were wonderful to work with, they truly made us feel at home with all the amenities!

This is our second trip to Gulf Shores and this condo.   Thank you John and Michelle for opening up you beautiful penthouse and for hospitality.  These people take care of there guests.  Booking was easy and as advertised.  Location is great and the place is well equipped and large enough for 3 families.   We will be back next year!

Home sized condo in the heart of Gulf Shores. This condo is so good you may never want to leave; that is until you see the magnificent view from the massive balcony overlooking the sugar sands on the Gulf of Mexico. This condo is walking distance from many amenities and attractions. It is a private oasis with your own elevator and your own floor. There are multiple pools and a first class gym on the property for your use. We travel a lot and I can honestly say that this is one of the nicest venues I have ever stayed in. The owners are very nice, helpful and easy to work with. Everything in the condo was first class. My wife and daughters had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back year after year.

The condo was beautiful and had everything you would need.  What a great location and the owners are very nice and easy to work with.  The condo was done being cleaned and the owners let us in early when we arrived a few hours before the normal check in time.  The weather, we couldnt of asked for any better.

This was our 3rd stay in this beautiful condo! We go every year with our 4 adult children and 3 grandkids. Beautifully decorated, very spacious for the 9 of us , comfortable beds and stocked with anything you might need. Balcony view is amazing with plenty of furniture. Great beach access and wonderful pools and hot tub. Granddaughters love the kiddie pool! John was so accommodating before, during and after our stay. Staying here enhances our annual family vacation where such wonderful memories are made! This has become our summer happy place for all of us?? Thanks for a great experience John we will be back.

We traveled with two other couples and were amazed with this condo. Everything was as advertised and just as beautiful as it was in the pictures on the website. We enjoyed the beautiful ocean front views, the short walk to the beach, and nearby attractions. This was our second time at Gulf Shores Escape and it will not be our last. The condo is beautiful and accommodating. The private elevator makes for a convenient trip to the beach. The restaurants were all amazing. We met John and Michelle, two very nice people. We are looking forward to our next trip.

Thank you for the great place to stay during our spring break. This unit is well maintained, organized, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we could ever want while staying somewhere for a week. The views were spectacular and the condo was within walking distance to many restaurants. We enjoyed the pool, fitness room, and private elevator. John was super easy to work with and went above and beyond to make our stay inviting. We would love to return for another vacation!

The rent for this unit were slightly higher than the units in the adjacent building but it is completely worth the few extra dollars. My stay included my wife and four children. They never knew where we are staying until we arrive. They were all blown away by this unit. Everything you need is at this property. I think we were the only people in the building the week we stayed. We never bumped into another person in the elevator all week. The sunrises from the balcony are outstanding. Parking is very easy. We had the parking spot closest to elevator all week and we never had to search for a parking spot. The location is convenient to the pier and Gulf State!

Beautiful Condo!

We had such a great time staying at this condo the past two months. It is very spacious and beautifully
decorated. The balcony is huge with a great view, especially the sunrises and the sunsets! The private elevator is definitely a plus. The location was perfect.

My brother's family flew in from cold NJ and we brought them to this beautiful condo in Gulf Shores. It was the perfect mini vacation anyone could ask for in December! John was very accomodating and helpful. Ask for any food/seafood store suggestions. Checkin/checkout was very smooth. The weather was wonderful, the beaches just so clean and quiet, and the condo........just beautiful! It was very well kept, spacious, and the kitchen had everything to make gourmet food (my brother is a gourmet cook). The location cannot be beat. Sea n suds was closed but it is a great restuarant AND its right there below. Grocery stores, restuarants, The Hangout all just a few mins drive. The building is very safe, our floor has only our apartment. Used the hot tub. Loved the small touches the owners have put in: board games, good quality bath products, plenty of towels. The balcony is the entire length of the condo, we woke up early to watch the sunrise and saw the sunset too! Great to watch the children on the beach while hanging out on the balcony. We loved every minute we spent in the condo and I'm sure y'all will too!

We have stayed in Gulf Shores many times but this is our first stay at this condo.  From the start, the owner john was responsive and easy to work with.  The condo is as advertised.  It is spacious, beautifully decorated and feels like home.  With two small children the convenience of having a elevator with no wait time is a blessing.  Being right on the beach is amazing!  The kitchen has everything you need if you do want to cook in, but many restaurants are within walking distance.  My kids loved The Hangout and LuLu's  My husband loved the balconies.  In fact, he never left the blacony facing the gulf.   I am so glad we found this place because now we have a go to place in Gulf Shores.

This our third trip stay at the Seawind Penthouse 500 and it always exceed our expectations.  I love this unit and the owners.  The view is gorgeous, the location is excellent, and the unit is always in top top shape!  The ease of not waiting for an elevator is wonderful.  The upgrades from last year are beautiful.  Nice hardwoods...the balcony is so large the whole family can sit outside to eat, nap, or just take in the view.   Would recommend it to everyone! Love staying here and miss it already!!!

This was our second year in a row staying at Seawind Penthouse 500 and it was once again AWESOME! The owners are the nicest people you will ever deal with and they take pride in their condo and in making your stay as perfect as possible.  They did some beauftul upgrades since last year and made the condo even better.  The private elevator and parking right outside the elevator made our lives so easy!  The city of Gulf Shores no longer allows you to keep your beach chairs on the beach overnight, but because of where our car is parked, it was easy for is to just store our stuff in our truck over night. If you are looking to stay in Gulf Shores area, look no further, this is the best there is!  Has a huge balcony overlooking the ocean with new furniture.  Also great views from every room.  Can't wait to go back.

We were so impressed with this unit. Everything was very nice yet cozy. Plenty of room and the balcony is huge and relaxing. One of the things I liked best was the location. It was walking distance to the Hangout where we walked at night, yet in the morning I could get up and ride my bike from the condo to the state park bike trails. Our family was very impressed and had a wonderful time. We can't wait to go back.
