Cancellation Policy:
One hundred percent (100.00 %) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00 %) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

I booked this unit for my 10 year old, my 77 year old mom, and I for a 5 day stay. Overall, we enjoyed our visit. The unit is very clean, with new and functional appliances, comfortable beds, and a poolside balcony. Having the pool on the premises was a feature I was looking for in specific because my kiddo might as well be a mermaid! This unit is on the second floor. There are elevators (new but slow moving) and little shopping carts were super handy to get all of our luggage, gear, and groceries up and down. Thank My only points of note is that there weren’t any streaming services on two of the tvs including the main living room and the one with streaming services was limited with poor connection. If you’re out and about all day it probably isn’t a big deal but if you’re like us and wanted to have a movie night or something, it was frustrating. Other things to know is that there is a parking fee of $25 to park on the premises. I don’t remember seeing that in the pre- booking info but I might have missed it. There was no guest book but the host was pretty responsive to messages sent.

There were so many details and love put into this condo there is too much to list. Anything and everything you could need to feel at home, for the pool and beach are there. The most important part was that this place was VERY clean!!! Beautifully decorated and upgraded. The parking was easy, excellent communication with the owner, and a convenient location. Our stay was extremely comfortable and relaxing here. As much as I want to keep this gem of a place to myself and my wife for the next trip, it would be a disservice not to recommend it!

The condo was perfect for my family. The two bedrooms and the pullout out sofa provided a lot of space for all. The beach is only steps away and we had a great time at the pool. We would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed all the amenities. Just a walk across the street from the beach. Definitely will be back. Great for a couples getaway or a family vacation. Plenty to do for both.
