Comfortable condo with all the amenities needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. Kitchen was nicely stocked with all the necessary equipment for preparing our own meals. Both king size bed and sofa bed were comfortable to sleep in. Balcony had nice views of the beach across the street; plenty of parking. Condo complex has a convenient private walkway access to the beach. Nice stretch of beach for walking and sunbathing. Due to cooler weather conditions, we didn't get the opportunity to enjoy the pool area, which was well kept and inviting. Condo is located in a nice quiet and peaceful area; but was within a few miles of the shops, bars, entertainment, and restaurants. Definitely would stay there again.

Located across the street from the beach you'll have great gulf views from the balcony and living room. With private beach access all you have to do is cross the street to get to a fun day at the beach. You can also enjoy the lagoon at the back of the property, whether you like to fish or just relax on the dock. Boat parking and ramps are also available on the lagoon side. For your recreational time, enjoy the tennis courts, grills, shuffle board, pool, and hot tub.
