Rob’s place was great. Clean, comfortable condo with a view of the beach. Away from the crowds. Highly recommend Robs place. Would, and will, book again.

Was exactly as described. Host was quick to respond and very nice. Place was alright, a little outdated but exactly as the pictures showed. If you’re looking for a private place away from the main city this is perfect and it was a quick walk to the beach. Beds were super comfortable!! I did feel as if the place didn’t cool off much, it only went down to 68 but there were box fans in the closets for us to use. Linens did have a slight smell to them.

Rob was a great host, responsive quickly to solve any issues or questions we had. Most importantly, the condo view, over looking the beach, was great.

When we arrived the view was just as described, it was perfect!!! When we got inside, the place was not as clean as I would have liked and the recliner was broken. So I reached out to Rob. Immediately he called Jane and she called me! The next morning John and Jane arrived to clean the condo and explained they had been over their head and had hired help to clean the condo. They were not pleased with the cleanliness of the condo and cleaned it and before they left, gave us a gift certificate for Sassy Bass. Jane and John were wonderful to deal with and very easy to talk with about what my concerns were.
I was super pleased from there on. Walkable, beautiful, breath taking views. Extra amenities that many condos do not include like box fans In each bedroom. We are already looking at staying with Rob again in the near future.

This condo was amazing!! We had a great time and everything was just as described! Perfect condo on the beach and also not overcrowded. Rob was an amazing host! Very responsive and accommodating with our requests! I definitely recommend staying with Rob!

Rob's place is wonderful. The location to the beach is an added plus. The view is amazing. Check in and communication with Rob was quick and easy. Rob even has box fans in the closet for use which is great for those of us that love fans at night. The restaurant at the end of the building has a great breakfast! We would definitely return to this unit.

2 full baths, each with tub and shower.
6 outdoor pools-indoor pool-tennis-bbq grills, exercise facility, hot tub, sauna/stream room ALL INCLUDED FREE
Sassy bass restaurant on resortThe space800 square feet. fully equipped kitchen etc. King (new as of 2021) in master bedroom, 2 twins in guest bedroom, queen sleeper in living room. Large flat screen HDTV in LR and master bedroom.
Wonderful view of the ocean, swimming pool, grounds and beach from both living room, master bedroom which has sliders to the balcony, and of course from the wide spacious balcony.
On the ground floor of the building is our exercise facility, steam room/sauna and hot tubs and then across the parking lot we have our indoor pool.
Also on the ground floor is laundry facility, card room/conference/gathering room.
Sassy Bass the wonderful restaurant is on the ground floor of our building facing the beach.
You can bring as many cars as you want but there is a $35 per vehicle charge but that is the total total whether it's a day or a month.

Other things to note
A keyless entry code will be texted to your cell on arrival day between noon and 3 p.m. as arrival time is 3 p.m.
You will receive a personalized email confirmation to your email which is why I ask for your email address after the booking and that will have ALL the info you will need.
You can ALWAYS go on property by noon and enjoy the beach/pools tc but access to condo will be between noon and 3 depending on how the cleaning rotation goes.
