This year was our second year renting this beautiful condo! My family loves this place. Barb is amazing to work with. And returns emails quickly to answer any questions you may have. Hope to continue to rent again in the future!

We stayed at the condo for the month of March. The condo was as described. Nice view of the lagoon from the balcony. We had a very nice and relaxing time here. Would go back with no hesitation and would recommend it without hesitation to someone looking for a place to go in Gulf Shores. The beach is right across the street with their own access.

Absolutely beautiful! Walk into a clean well stocked kitchen, and into the living room with a balcony that overlooks Liltle Lagoon, a swimming pool, hot tub and pickle ball courts. We felt a sigh of relief and a welcoming as soon as we arrived. Master bedroom balcony has the same gorgeous view. Comfy bed in the master bedroom and two lovely tiled walk in showers in the bathrooms. This is a well cared for unit that is tastefully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Our favorite place at the Gulf. Condo is well equipped and extremely comfy! As soon as we enter the front door, we always feel at home. Views are incredible from the balcony. This is a jewel in the crown of west beach condos.

Great rental! I was looking for something during Columbus weekend and this place was perfect! I can't find anything negative to say. From securing the rental to checkout everything was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed as if we were staying at home. We had plenty of room for our friends to visit with us. We have stayed July 4th week the last two years in 403B. We love the condo because it always feel like home. We have stayed in other condos at Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet club but 403 is best suited for our family. It has every amenity imaginable. We have met so many wonderful people and made lifetime friends staying at this resort. We cant wait to return next year. Thank you so much for allowing our family to stay in your condo.

We love having our renters come back each year. People seem to be booking earlier each year, so you can block out what time you prefer. Just let me know. The owners work hard to be sure the condo is enjoyable for its guests.

We had a great stay in 403B and our expectations were exceeded in every way imaginable. Beach access is directly across the street, but we had plenty of fun in the pool, tennis courts, piers, and most of all in 403B. The room overlooks the pool and tennis courts, so one of us was able to go down with our kids, while the other hung out on the balcony and watched. We have 4 children, so while we wanted to be out all day, we knew we needed time in the room as well. There were plenty of games on hand for us to play, the kitchen was large enough to cook meals for six, and we never felt cramped like we didn't have enough room. There was plenty of room to sleep as well. Each morning, the sun quickly warmed the balcony where I sat and read in peace and quiet. There is a great view of the lagoon, the fishing boats, and it's close enough to see fish jumping in the water. Very relaxing. I certainly recommend this room to others looking for a place to stay. Outside of the room, again it's close to the beach and pool. The "downtown" area of Gulf Shores is only a few miles away, so you're not overwhelmed by people unless you want to be. We drove along the coast to Pensacola and enjoyed that day trip as well. Hands down, 403B is recommended.

The location of the condo is perfect!  A quick walk to the beautiful beach on a private pier.  A quick drive to dining or shopping.  Everything you need in the condo is available for you to enjoy.  Beautiful beach decor.  Plenty of room for our family to enjoy.  Kids loved they had their own bedroom and bathroom.  We all enjoyed the pool and tennis courts.  Everyone had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave! Can't wait to go back!!

The unit was perfect for our family of 5! The decor was beautiful and comfortable and the patio had wonderful view. Owners were great to work with and answered any questions/needs. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay and hated to leave. So clean and stocked with everything we needed. Helpful management staff. Great views overlooking the pool, courtyard and lagoon. Comfy beds and clean remodeled bathrooms. So many golf courses to play at. 2 minute walk to the beach. Fully stocked gorgeous kitchen with granite counters. Washer and dryer in unit such a plus. Loved fishing off the piers at the lagoon. Lagoon is great for kayaking. So many restaurant choices. Gulf State Park is just a short 10 minute drive for great hiking. Definitely reccomend! We can't wait to go back!
