We had a great stay. Our trip was for a work conference and the condo was perfect. Conveniently located to everything. Nicely decorated and very clean. It’s perfect for a couples getaway or small family. Also, Chuck was an awesome host. Super easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!

Great Location! Perfect weather! Awesome trip! When we entered the condo for the first time, we knew we were in for a treat. It was the cleanest condo we have ever stepped into. The location is close to everything and the beach is only about :02 minutes from the door! We loved it.

Everything was exactly as described. Very clean and supplied with everything you need. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and shops. Shrimp festival was a plus while there. Will definitely be back again.

Great communication from the owner is such a plus! We found everything just as described. It was such a dream to be on the beach, and drink our coffee on the balcony every morning. Wonderful location, and super convenient to walk to attractions and restaurants. We look forward to staying here again.

Fantastic 1 BR condo. Just as advertised. Parking included in price. Beach chairs and toys definitely a big plus. You have chairs to take to the beach.

We loved everything about our stay here! It was extremely clean, had a nice starter pack of soaps, lots of towels to use, beach toys and so much more but our favorite: a Keurig! We also loved having 2 balconies, so fun! The host was so nice and the whole stay and process was smooth. We will be back.

This was our third year and this by far was the easiest access to the beach. It was a great little spot. We will be returning. Chuck was great if you had an issue he quickly responded.

Perfectly clean, great location, comfortable and cozy. Great decor, comfortable furniture, and bed. This is one of the top condos we’ve ever stayed. Perfect for us,and great communication between us and the owner. Definitely will be back, and definitely recommend!

The special details you included from the amenities in the bathroom to the fresh cut flowers in the kitchen. You made us both feel so special. The bed and bedding was so comfortable after our days at the beach and pool. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very well stocked. It truly is a beautiful home and we had an incredible ‘girls weekend’. Thank you again for being such an awesome host. I will definitely be a returning client of yours too!

We recently stayed at this wonderful beach condo with my mom and husband, and it was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable, right on the beach, providing stunning views and easy access to the shore. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after our days spent enjoying the beach. Additionally, the owner’s communication was fantastic, making the booking process smooth and stress-free. Overall, our stay was everything we hoped for and more. We highly recommend this condo for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway!

My husband and I spent a few days this week and had everything we needed Your unit is conveniently located on the first floor close to elevator and stairs. It was very clean and seemed to be stocked well. I didn’t cook any while there so really didn’t explore the kitchen much. The bed was very comfortable and had plenty of good firm pillows. The walk in shower was great and had wonderful water pressure to work on tired muscles. The weather didn’t cooperate but we did get one good day at the beach and a couple hours at the pool the day before. We had no issues with noise from the pool which was just below our balcony. The next door facility had a pool by our other balcony and no issues there either. We had a wonderful, restful retreat and plenty of good food and ice cream from local places.

This condo was perfectly located for all we wanted to accomplish on our first trip to the Gulf Coast. Beach and restaurants were all walkable. The condo was clean and well equipped. All appliances and bathroom fixtures were in perfect working condition and the condo was well cleaned. Was perfect size for just 2 adults. Chuck was the most attentive host and responded quickly to questions. It was a very easy rental process to work with. We would rent again and suggest this place for 2-4 people as opposed to all of the bigger condos in the area. Weather was great, not too hot... just like I like it!

As advertised and more. Chuck was superb to work with. The condo is easily accessible with a great location It is very clean and well stocked, very inviting. My friend and I loved having a walk in shower ( old beach chicks) LOL Two old college roommates couldn’t have found a better getaway.

Just the Condo I was looking for. Chuck was very accommodating All necessities plus a few more unexpected ones. Good location with restaurants and beach just a few steps away. I hope to get back soon for a longer stay!

First and foremost, Chuck was an amazing host. This trip was a senior trip for my daughter and I, her last year in high school. The condo was amazing! It was clean, well located, a beautiful view of the ocean every morning, the patio doors opening up and going out on the balcony during sunset or sunrise honestly made the trip perfect for us. The fact that the beach was just a few steps away was amazing. It was a calm beach, so perfect for anyone not wanting to be in the party scene. We had an advantage and were able to see a couple other condos where my daughters friends and mom stayed on the west side and their condos couldn’t even compare to Chuck’s. The decor in the condo was perfect for the beach. The toys provided and the beach chairs made it so nice less stress off me to have to worry about bringing any chairs, having the two patios, one overlooking the pool and one overlooking the ocean was amazing. The condo is well stocked with towels, linens, and blankets. I like the fact that it comes with not only a Keurig but a normal coffee machine. Check in and check out was smooth as could be. There is a Market catty corner across the street, so anything that you might need if you don’t want to drive to Walmart, which is only a seven minute drive, is conveniently right there. I didn’t get a chance to go, but the oyster sandbar is within walking distance on the beach (like a block). The Hangout is within walking distance on the beach and we honestly walked the beach to the west side instead of driving. The parking lot is well laid out and you feel safe there. The bed was very comfortable and we got a good nights sleep after a long drive. I am honestly already looking at the calendar at when we can book again!
