Beautiful condo, amazing sunsets! The beach setup was a big perk. Dana was very helpful throughout the booking process and answered questions quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is beautiful! Kitchen was very well stocked with high quality appliances, every spice you could need, and a HUGE countertop perfect for cooking and dining. Bedrooms were roomy and beds were very comfortable. The place was clean and had lots of extras like buckets, flashlights, floats, etc. Beach chair service that was provided every day made going down to the beach easy and stress-free! The very best thing about this condo by far was the views! You could see unobstructed views of the ocean and beach from one balcony and the bay from the other balcony! Incredible! The location was great because it was close to restaurants, live-music venues and shopping but not so close that it kept you awake at night. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back!

Best view from a condo ever! Very easy access to the beach. Owner was very nice and quick to answer any and all questions. Would recommend this place to anybody who wants to enjoy Gulf Shores.

This condo was exactly what we were hoping for! It is beautiful, clean, nicely furnished, and convenient to many restaurants and entertainment. Not to mention the views are amazing! The Hang Out and several restaurants are walking distance. We had a great vacation. Highly recommend!

We had a great time here! Great location and the condo was clean. We also never had any issues with the elevators like in other reviews, I'm not sure what that's about. The beach was perfect. Only issue we had was the lock on the front door somehow reset, I don't know if that was our error or mechanical but thankfully, we got by. The last night, we did have some random guy trying to get into our condo, while we were all in bed. Luckily, we had the bar lock latched on the door and told him to go away, he had the wrong place. Other than that, it was exactly what we needed.

The condo was right on the beach. Has amazing views from both balconies. Indoor and outdoor pools along with a fitness center available to use. We came for a small mini vacation. Everything we needed to do was within walking distance. The condo itself was immaculate.

My group included 4 adults and 4 kids age 5-11. We had a wonderful time, plenty of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. Elevators moved quickly and never had to wait long for it. All cooking utensils and pans were adequate and there were seasonings in the cabinet! Short walk down from condo to beach and a nice outdoor shower area to rinse off before coming back up. The kids were overjoyed to find 2 boogie boards and sand toys in the condo. Overall we had an amazing time and looking forward to coming back again!

Was so nice staying in a condo with 3 bathrooms!! One of which was handicap accessible. I was a little apprehensive about the A/C seeing as we were on the 24th floor and heat rises! It froze us out of there! Works amazing. Most importantly, I’m always the cook on vacation when we go on a girls trip and I’ve learned to take cooking stuff with me. No condo EVER has the appropriate amount of dishes, cooking supplies or appliances. They have clearly thought about every detail and it was so helpful having those things at my fingertips. Such things included beach towels, beach chairs, condiments, ziploc stuff, foil, spices, coffee and spray and wash. I texted the owner several times with 1-2 questions and she promptly answered and explained. The view is BAR NONE! And oddly enough, the nighttime view was better than the daytime of that’s even possible. With all of the lights on the strip, you felt like you were in Vegas. The balcony on the beach side ALWAYS had a nice breeze. If we rent this again, I will definitely take an air mattress and nap outside! So worth the money!

We have owned this condo since the building was built and could never part with it. Our kids grew up here. This condo sleeps 8 with incredible comfort and everyone still has his/her own space.
Walls of Windows, picture perfect views --high on the 24th floor -- allow you to see all of Gulf Shores Island and several bodies of water. Spectacular sunsets, unobstructed views. Only 4 units on the western side of the building have these amazing unobstructed views! It is why people book year after year in this unit. I like to set up our dining room table to maximize these views for dinner or puzzle assembly! We also have a sleek newer granite counter/island meant to seat a lot of guests. Let me know if you love it as much as I do.
If you want the best, you have found it. Island Tower 2403. The views from our perch on the 24th floor will simply take your breath away and refresh your soul.
Press the elevator button and your toes are in blissful, white, soft, fluffy, fine, quartz sand. Then, when it's time to head up for the night from the surf and sand, you can watch the sun set from one of two balconies with unmatched and unobstructed views of 4 bodies of water. It is just magnificent. Only 4 western corner units boast these unobstructed and sweeping views in our building.
Gulf front pools (both indoor and out), a gulf front fitness center and a private playground for kids in the building, round out the amenities. Our building is low-density as well. Only 3 units per floor.
80% of our renters return -- which says it all. Top-of-the-line furnishings and mattresses also make your stay comfortable. We have our unit packed with things that will save you money while you are here -- from beach chairs, to towels, to spices and cleaners under the sink. We live close-by and use it, so it truly is our second home. Hooks where you need them. Premium linens and towels. Many board games and kids things, too.
This unit was professionally photographed for inclusion in a national travel magazine and boasts views that only the west-end penthouse and 3 other units in this building have. The other western corners all look into the building next door.
3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds, one bedroom has two sets of bunks (twins) and sleeps 4. The Master Bedroom is directly on the gulf side with a tiled balcony and sliders to the balcony and Gulf. All bedrooms have flatscreen TV's. Palatial master bath with rameless glass shower (new 2023) and soaking tub along with top of the line fixtures, California Closet, soaking tub and separate shower area. Huge Walk in Closets. Separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. Our condo has a kitchen fully equipped. Balcony furniture is great and comfortable and has THE BEST outdoor balcony furniture.

We have an incredible table which unfolds to seat 8 for board game and puzzle magic!
