Forty-seven percent (47.00 %) of the total booking charges (less $350.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Its was amazing experience staying Bella Playa, we group of four families with kids stayed at the property and every one enjoyed the stay. its a new construction every thing is new. All the time we got quick response from host Mike, and he is very supportive. very close to the beach even kids can walk to the beach less than 5 minutes walk. I strongly suggest my friends and Families to stay there. Finally Thanks to Mike for being great host.
