I was in Gulf Shores for a month to watch my daughters track meets at U. of South Alabama. This place is perfect!! It is clean and comfy and the neighbors across parking lot who life there permanently are super friendly. It has a great paved walking path across the street. It is an easy 1/2 mile walk to the West Beach coffee shop above Pier 33 convenient store. I ran most days and it is approx. 1.5 miles till the path dead ends at overpass. The Beach House Restaurant it less than a .25 mile walk. There is a great ice cream place there and a place to buy fresh cooked seafood to take home. Of course the beach is just across the street and there is a path from condo so it is about a 2 minute walk at most. Top floor but offers a great porch and awesome early morning views. Cassy is super friendly and attentive.

This was our first winter getaway. Cassy’s condo did not disappoint. You can watch the Gulf or lagoon from the balcony while you drink your coffee and there is not a huge condo building blocking the view. This condo is clean and fully stocked when you arrive. Cassy does an amazing job of keeping in contact and giving information before you arrive. It makes you stay easy and your trips even better. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 4 stayed here with 2 kids age 5 and 6 for a week. This really was a great location and has everything you need. Really glad to have a washer and dryer because we needed it all week. The only rough part was the stairs but really the boys handled it really well and never made a fuss about it. Would 100% recommend staying here!

Loved our week here in your little place in the sun! Everything was great but the weather!! If course that wasn't anyone's fault. We did get to stay an extra day so we did get 2 days of beach and sun! Will definitely return.

We took a quick trip to Gulf shores which was excellent, proximity to the beach with such a convenience. Enjoying coffee on the deck with water views off both sides with such a perk.. your place had everything we needed and everything was within walking distance and that was a plus. Can't wait to visit again!

I have stayed at this Condo twice now and both times have been amazing. Pictures just don't do justice when it comes to this hidden gem. You can watch the waves from the balcony while you drink your coffee, the beach is so close and there is not a huge condo building blocking the view. This condo has always been clean and fully stocked when we have arrived. Cassi does an amazing job of keeping contact and helped make our trips even better. I can't wait to be back at the little place in the sun!

This is the 1st snow bird experience we've ever tried. Cassy made it easy. It is a nice well kept and located place to hide from the harsh bite of Winter and gave us and our little 5 pound dog 'Baby', abundant warm weather outside opportunities makes February's endurable.

BEAUTIFUL BEACH 4 MIN. WALK ACROSS THE STREET!
This spacious, one bedroom, one bath (walk-in shower) condo in West Gulf Shores has great views of the Gulf & Lagoon from the wrap around deck. Sit and relax on the balcony and watch your favorite TV show. It is tastefully furnished with a sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchen (no dishwasher), washer & dryer in the unit and a station for your gamers where they can bring their gaming consols on play the one provided. The bedroom offers a queen size bed and bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and twin mattress on top. There are 36 stairs to the top with two landings to take a break. We suggest you pack light. The view is worth the steps. We are a short walk to the beach, lagoon, neighborhood restaurant, ice cream shop and convenient store. The rates vary per season.
