From start to finish Ricky was great to work with. Although the house is not directly on the beach, beach access is made easy with limo golf cart! We had a great time and would highly recommend this property for your vacation!

very spacious for are family of twelve. Short walk to beach or you can use the golf cart. The elevator was very useful taking your luggage and supplies up stairs.

House is excellent, with easy access to beach. Beach was not as crowded as in the main beach area because of the exclusiveness of the neighborhood. Took full advantage of community pool and tennis courts, but also games in the house (Pac-Man, ping pong, & pool table). The host was always very responsive and nice. Our family loved it and didn’t want to leave.

We were a family of 15 and the house accommodated all of our needs. The pool and beach are short walk away. The house is also close enough to grab groceries or go out and grab a bite to eat. Rocky was also very responsive to all messages. Highly recommend staying here!

Private spot on the bay side but also steps to the beach For a large group your privacy is important, most houses don't have this, we do! As you look at the pictures you will see the abundance of beautiful palm trees surrounding the property. Amazing views of the Bay and Ocean. Go kayaking right outside your front door off of the public fishing dock to your right. The Bay is perfecting for that, with a sandy bottom 4 Ft. deep or so.

Calvert Castle is 4 minutes walking distance to the beach, or seconds using the golf cart.
There is one public dock right outside my door to your right, to fish off of, or kayak and enjoy the water.
People also do a lot crab fishing off the public dock.
Our gorgeous home is located in a private exclusive Laguna Key gated community. Features tennis, pool, and nature walk trails. No other area offers the Bon Scour Refuge, Take a nature walk going back in time to secluded sandy beaches.
The home is very large and spacious with 6 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, sleeps 20, smart TVs, and a large entertainment area, elevator.
The 6th room could be a game room or bedroom upstairs with a queen sofa sleeper and a twin chase sleeper this room also has a outdoor balcony overlooking the bay.
A wheelchair is here if you need it, in main bedroom closet 2nd floor.
Decks on the front and backside of the house, water views all around.
Dogs are allowed, a pet fee of 150.00 is required, pets must always be on lease in Laguna key.
Our local fishing guide can pick you up right at the dock, our last trip out we caught over 60, text me for more info
Note - a security deposit and signed rental contract, will be required in order to confirm booking.

PLEASE NOTE: The best thing about this home is that it's immersed in nature, beach in the back, bay water in the front, trees surrounding the property. This means you may encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood. This includes squirrels, deer, raccoons, mice, spiders, mosquitos, sand fleas, spotted lanternflies, flies, plant mites, skunks, ticks, bees, wasps, crickets, ants, tree roaches, frogs, various bugs, and other creatures. They reside in nature and we have no control over them. We do have professional pest control company that comes out once a month and sprays for Mosquitos and No-see-ums and puts out bug traps, but we do not have any control over their adventures. Sometimes they end up in the house. We clean and inspect everything before you arrive. There will be no refunds for Mother Nature getting in the house. If you are sensitive to mosquitoes, bring bug spray. We have found certain things work well at the beach, Insect spray with Deet in it, and Amber Romance body lotion. In the event you are alarmed over one of these critters, please alert me, and we will have pest control, or HOA take care of it.
