***SPRING BREAKERS READ*** We do rent to Spring Breakers. However, if you are under the age of 25, we require an additional deposit of $1000 which must be collected within 24 hours of making your booking. This is fully refundable upon inspecting the home for damage when you check out.

Beautiful 4 Bed/3.5 Bath Gulf Shores beach house located directly on the lagoon and only 3 blocks from the Gulf! With both Gulf and Lagoon views, this house is the perfect location! The house includes 2 King suites, a Queen room and a 4th (junior) bedroom with bunks. Other amenities include 2 pools, hot tub, boardwalk to pier on the lagoon, grill, kayaks, bikes and beach chairs! Water's Edge is the perfect mix of luxury and comfort for your beach group!
NOTE: This property is a duplex. This side has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. We also manage several other units in the complex. Please inquire with us if interested!
The house features 2 King Suites, One Queen room on the gulf side, plus a "junior" bedroom that features 2 twin beds and one trundle. Air mattresses are available as well. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs, and 1.5 downstairs. The outside area features multiple decks with both gulf and lagoon views, 2 pools, hot tub, grill, and a storage area with all the beach essentials!
Note: The "junior" bedroom is open to the stairway therefore it is not totally private. It is a perfect room for kids. The pool and hot tub area are shared by other units but the area is rarely crowded.
Please Note: The pool, pier and hot tub area are shared by 8 units. The pool is NOT heated.
