You can't beat sitting on the porch looking out over the ocean. This is as close to the water as you can get. No elevators or lengthy walks to the beach.

Living room has Leather Queen size sofa sleeper, a comfortable leather rocker recliner and a second leather recliner. Flat screen 55" TV with TiVo. Walk out onto the porch where there is plenty of room for dining and relaxing on the porch swing while looking for dolphins, watching the sunrise and sunsets.
Dining room table expands to seat 8. There are also two bar stools at the kitchen counter.
