This newly built 4 bedroom 4.5 bath home in Gulf shores is close to everything and just a short walk to the beach. It sleeps up to 14, each bedroom has its own television and full bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances that is perfect for entertaining as it opens up to the dining room and living room. Enjoy your time on the covered front and back porches looking over the house's own private fenced swimming pool. This home has two master bedrooms with king beds perfect for two families to enjoy a vacation together.  When you book your vacation with Signature Properties, your vacation becomes our priority.  We are available 24/7 for any issue that may arise when you stay with us.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount.  The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit.  The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply.  If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property.  If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due.  If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
