Sanibel is low-density complex which means finding space at the pool and getting off and on the elevator is refreshingly easy to do. Beach access is right across the street and nearby to restaurants like the iconic Hangout and Bahama Bob's.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. No pets are permitted, and this is a non-smoking property. Monthly rental rates available.
