If I could rate as 10 stars I would this place was absolutely amazing. Because of Dana the owner planning and paying for this trip was as smooth as possible from start to finish. The condo is completely furnished with anything you may need to accommodate several family members comfortably. I cant even explain the beautiful view from balcony it is a must see for yourself. Thank you Dana for making this a 50th birthday to remember. My family and I plan on returning again and start this as family yearly tradition.

This time we stayed on our own, what an experience.. You can see and feel the owners personal touches and pride in a place that is worthy of a couples weekend or family vacation. This condo had everything, personal touches from the bottle of wine with welcome letter. Guest journal is fun read to see what past guest have done or experienced. Thank you "Holy Guacamole" for a incredibly relaxing time with a "VIEW" I will never forget.

[5 of 5 stars] Reviewed August 2, 2016 for a stay in July 2016Holy guacamole is amazing the view is spectacular,it has just about anything you need for a stay,exstreamly clean,beautiful updated decor plenty of space for just relaxing or family time .Mrs.Dana is an absolute angel,amazingly awesome,beautiful lady, who goes over an beyond to be sure your trip is great an you are happy.that all things are In order for your arrival/stay.I love staying with her she has 4 in Sanibel all just as amazing we have stayed with her a cpl times an cpl times with others in Sanibel only due to Mrs.Dana is booked an I'm always disappointed I'm not staying with her.I couldn't be happier with our stay an condo.we were just there in july an as usal I was amazed at the time she took an the condo.you will not be disappointed.my families 1st vacation to gulf shores an Sanibel was 4/5yrs ago we were blessed to find Mrs.Dana she helped through it all making it the best vacation ever, to the beautiful comfortable condo or places to enjoy site seeing or to go eat(lamberts)have had our family always comming back every yr we can. DATE CHOICE: We do not force weekly in peak summer BUT you must work within our current calendar. For Spring Break, mid-May to mid-August (peak summer), and fall break, you need to either leave NO gap between your reservation and the next one - OR leave 3 nights or more since we have a 3-night minimum. For example, if there is a 5-nt gap, you'd need to take the entire gap. Please ask before you book if you're not sure! Dana, 832.758.2331.
We call Sanibel #1605 "HOLY GUCAMOLE" as strange things come out of your mouth when you see this wall of glass with its panoramic Gulf views, and the decor! What a great value. The views from the 30-foot wide wall of glass will take your breath away: view of Gulf from front of condo and view of 8-mile long Little Lagoon behind the condo. You are nestled between water on both sides with views everywhere you turn. The balcony will quickly become your favorite spot for catching up with friends or family, reading a book, happy hour, or your morning coffee. Watch pelicans and the Blue Angels fly by at eye level, or watch dolphins frolic from your 16th floor perch.
BEDDING: King, queen, twin over twin bunk. Max of 4 adults and children must be 12 & under for bunks if you have 6 guests.
BATHROOMS: 2 full (with dual sinks and private toilet closet) and 1 half-bath in hallway. TOTALS three toilets and FIVE bathrooms sinks.
KITCHEN: fully equipped with all the dishes, gadgets, toaster, coffee maker (Keurig and regular), dishwasher, ice-crushing blender, etc. We even provide spices.
MAIN ROOM ALONE is around 600 sq ft with a 30-foot wide WALL OF GLASS overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! The back side of the condo overlooks the 9-mile long LITTLE LAGOON, giving you views in EVERY direction. The balcony will quickly become your favorite spot to read or watch the dolphins frolick - over coffee or a glass of wine or margarita!
UPGRADES and FEATURES: Leather sectional, all flat-panel TVs including "SMART" TV in main room, super fast WI-FI, DVD, SONOS wi-fi speaker, Simmons Beautyrest mattresses, GRANITE in both the kitchen and the bathrooms, fully loaded kitchen with all the gadgets, stacking washer/dryer, and WE PROVIDE a rolling beach cart and rolling cooler plus 2 folding sand chair provided. Just bring your beach towels and extra beach chairs and sink into your vacation dream.
LOCATION: best of both worlds - no fighting for beach space at our beach access - yet just 2.5 miles back to the Hangout/major intersection so you have over 30 restaurants, Super Wal-Mart, souvenir shops, grocery stores, fast food, the zoo, Waterville, putt-putt...all within 5 - 6 minutes' drive.
