Great view from the private balcony. Best way to start the day - and a great wine-down evening spot, too. Condo is exactly like pictures, clean, nice, comfy and well stocked. Convenient to everything - the beach was great, too! We LOVE this condo!

This was such a great place to stay. We have stayed several times at the Phoenix, but were looking for a smaller complex at the last minute. I enjoyed this condo so much better. This just so happened to be available for a short, last minute, much needed beach vacation. The condo was perfect. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Great views of the lagoon and just a short walk to the beach. We loved the lagoon. We fished on the pier. The pool was very clean and nice. The kitchen had everything available. The use of the storage that had chairs and all kinds of beach stuff was perfect. We didn’t have to buy chairs and haul them. I’m hoping to book this same condo for our next gulf shores trip.

We stayed in this condo May of 2019. It is very clean, comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with anything that you need for cooking and it has nice appliances. We enjoyed the view of the lagoon and sunset from the deck each evening. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings as well. The owners are very pleasant and easy to work with. LOVE LOVE LOVE !!! Roomy, love the deck and the lagoon views. Perfect spot for early morning coffee, and evening glass of wine. we stayed last year and will be back! Just saw they renovated - can't wait to see in person! Owners are meticulous and keep everything in excellent condition. This is a super value for a great vacation spot!

We just spent the last two months at this fine condo. The renovations are great. We broke in the new range the new dishwasher the fridge the cabinets and countertops. Everything was immaculate Brenda has stocked the kitchen with every thing a person could want or need to cook with. The beds are comfy there’s plenty of room and best of all the view is great. Don’t tell Brenda but I move the couch a little so I could get a chair close for a better view. The view the past few months included grebes,gulls, Morgansers,gulls,pelicans herons loons and bluebirds but best of all one afternoon when our granddaughter was visiting sitting in my chair she said oh grandma look. It’s a bald eagle and she was right I did get a quick picture he was sitting on a post on the dock what a surprise. We will be back. Thanks Brenda

Just spent 2 months here. Updates are super. We were able to break in the new range,dishwasher,fridge. The kitchen has everything you will need. And more. Brenda thought of everything.
But the best part is the view. Don’t tell Brenda but I moved the couch a little so I could pull up a chair closer to the windows. Plenty of bird watching. My family had an AMAZING week here! Comfortable beds, cozy living room & well stocked kitchen. This place is perfectly situated between the beach & the lagoon. Sit & relax while watching local wildlife from the balcony. Just a quick hop across the street & you’re right on the beach. RENOVATED Sea Oats J106 Amazing Lagoon Front Views
RENOVATED December 2019 - all new kitchen and bath cabinets, new granite in both, new paint, new crown molding and baseboards, new doors and doorknobs. It looks fabulous!
This truly is the best of both worlds. Sea Oats is located on West Beach in Gulf Shores only 3 miles west of the “T” at Highway 59. Away from the crowded beaches, yet minutes from the activity. Our complex is located on almost 8 acres of prime lagoon front property. Sea Oats offers a private deep-water boat launch and 50 boat slips, two fishing piers, gazebo and picnic area with grills. We also have our own private deeded beach access just a few steps away. You will find a boardwalk on both sides of the road with outdoor showers. If you’d rather sun at the pool, we offer two Olympic size pools and two smaller pools. Bring the boat and fishing rods!
Covered parking leads to the entrance way of the condo. However, you’ll also find additional parking for boats, jet skis or kayaks.
UNIT FEATURES:
This unit is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath with over 1250 square feet. It also boasts a very large Balcony with panoramic views of the Lagoon to watch the breathtaking sunset. Both bedrooms and the living room open to the large, covered Balcony.
The master bedroom has a King Size bed with side tables and lamps. You will also find a private, spacious master bathroom. The master has its own flat panel HDTV with cable. The second bedroom contains two Double beds with side table and lamps. Directly across the hallway from the second bedroom, you will find the second full bath.
In the living room, the family will be quite comfortable watching cable on the large flat panel HDTV. Keep in touch with the rest of the world (if you choose) with wireless internet in the unit.
KITCHEN:
In our unit, you will find a Fully Equipped kitchen designed to meet your needs. There’s a full-size stainless refrigerator with ice maker, stainless flat top stove and dishwasher. You'll also find all the kitchen gadgets, utensils and spices to create a perfect family feast if you want. If a margarita is all you desire, you can make one of those instead since it’s always five o’clock here in our tropical beach paradise!
If you wear more than a bathing suit during your stay, we have full-size washer and dryer for your use.
All this for less! You’ll have more money to spend on the local area attractions.
AREA ATTRACTIONS:
This area is a “Golf Course Haven” for the avid golfer. There are ten signature golf courses in the local area. Had you rather “shop til you drop”? The renowned Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley is a short drive away with all your shopping needs at discount prices. The Wharf is even closer with boutique shops and restaurants. It also boasts the highest Ferris wheel in the South. The area also has the new OWA amusement park, water parks, miniature golf, go-karts, a family zoo, and some of the best restaurants along the Gulf coast. You can also bike to town on the designated biking/walking paths in town. Or relax fishing in the Gulf or Lagoon.
