Everything in the condo was well maintained and clean. The condo is an end unit so you have a peaceful landing. Beautiful views of the Gulf on a large balcony. The owners were very accommodating and maintained appropriate contact before and during our visit. I could not have asked for a better get away experience

This place is awesome! Everything about our trip was wonderful! The condo is immaculate and very comfortable. We had everything we needed during our stay, including toys for the beach and a fully stocked kitchen. The view from both sliding doors is breathtaking. The condo was perfect! Extremely nice and very comfortable with the perfect location!! ? ? ? ? ? I spent many hours on the balcony overlooking the ocean! The condo was extremely nice and homey! Perfect location to other attractions and dinning. Great family vacation experience!!

We all really enjoyed the condo on the 12th floor of Seawind!!! The balcony was amazing! We never sat down in the living room as we wanted to either be on the beach or outside sitting on the balcony and taking in the beautiful view of the gulf! Joe was very attentive to any questions or concerns we had during out stay. I enjoyed the easy check out as I'm used to having an exhaustive list of 'things to do' before leaving. Alex who handled the umbrella rentals at the beach was a great worker. Lots of room, kitchen had what we needed. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us! We will be returning. I miss the ocean already!

We have stayed in the gulf in several locations. We love Gulf Shores. This condo was by far the best we have ever stayed in. The balcony is huge and overlooks the beautiful beach. All the rooms are very clean and well decorated. The master bedroom is very comfortable. What stands out the most is the owners communications. I talked to Ron several times before the trip and during our stay. Not because of issues, just to make sure everything was ok. When we return this will be our first choice for sure. I can't say anything about the pools because we didn't use them. I will say the security guard was friendly and very helpful when we arrived. This is within walking distance of most of the things to do right downtown. Beach was cleaned every night.Published Jul 4, 2017

Very nice Condo centrally located to everything in Gulf Shores. Beautiful Beach views from the large furnished patio and the condo itself had everything you needed as if you were at home. The check-in and check-out process was very simple. Finally want to thank Mr & Mrs Stone for their hospitality and immediate feedback to questions through phone, email or text. Nicely done

The owners, Mary and Joe, were quick to respond, super nice and checked on us the morning of check-in and departure to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was amazing,spacious, beach decor was beautiful , everything was clean, cozy, comfortable and we made ourselves right at home. The views of the ocean were breathtaking and we spent a lot of time on the balcony, it had plenty of furniture that was so comfortable. Our 2 yr old son loved the kiddie pool! Clean, beautiful beach. We will stay here again.

Seawind #1209 is the perfect condo for a beach getaway! The inside is very clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The owners have really made it a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and had all we needed for cooking. The beach view from the balcony as well as the relaxing patio furniture was what really made our stay! The owners were also very helpful and available for any questions we may have had. Hope to be back soon!

A roomy condo right on the beach. Upscale but lived in so you're not afraid to make yourself at home. The owners anticipated all my questions, and were immediately responsive when I had newbie queries about everything. Plenty of really comfortable furniture for lounging on the big balcony. Enjoy!!

This condo is a perfect location when visiting the Gulf Shores. The owners always answered all my questions and made it very easy to book. They checked on us upon our arrival to make sure everything was ok. The condo itself is spectacular, the furnishings and decor are a great personal touch. The view is amazing, the balcony is great to sit and watch the waves. It was a perfect family vacation one that we won't forget. We just left and both my kids already return. We will for sure return in the future.

We absolutely had a wonderful time. Seawind is a great property and this condo is wonderful. You have everything you need. The views are gorgeous. The condo is very clean and well stocked with lovely furnishings. The owners are very accommodating and answer any questions that you have. The lifeguards with the beach rentals are also very nice and check on you frequently. This was our first visit to Gulf Shores and we really enjoyed it. We will definitely stay again!

Very nice and well kept condo. Owners call two times each stay to see that everything is okay. West end with dining area window is a plus. The deck furniture is great and you can spend a lot of time out there out of the sun if you need to. We have stayed in 7 or 8 different Seawind condos and this one is our favorite. This is our second time in this unit.

This condo was exactly as described. It was awesome. This was the first time our group of four travelled together but we plan to go back there together. The view from the balcony was great, the furniture was comfortable and the condo had everything we needed if we didn't want to go out. It was convenient to lots of great places to eat.

This Condo was great!! Called Joe on very short notice and rented the place for a three day stay to attend the air show at Pensacola naval base. Joe took care of all the details and even called when we arrived to make sure everything was ok. Also received a call from his wife Mary on the second day just to check and make sure everything was up to par. These owners are terrific! As for the condo it was clean and well equipped. Location it awesome within walking distance to the hang out and other restaurants. The view was great and beach was perfect. I would not hesitate to rent this condo again. Thanks for a great trip.

The condo was perfect! The view from the balcony was fantastic and the balcony furniture was very comfortable. My 4 year old daughter loved the swimming pool. The condo had everything we needed. It was very clean and just like described in the listing. The pack in play was an added bonus that saved us luggage room in the car. The owners were great to work with and called when we checked in to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again.

Cleanest condo ever stayed in. Very well equipped and loved the full size washer and dryer & king comfy beds in two bedrooms. First time at this condo and not the last!! Already booked for 2017 and will continue to return. Will never stay anywhere else! Owners are so nice and best ever rented from. Will never be disappointed!! So in love!!Stayed: September 2016

Beautifully decorated ! Very clean and comfortable we all felt very at home here .we had everything we could possibly need ....well equipped from kitchen to even a pack n play for our grandson ..the older kids loved the bunk room :) balcony was amazing from comfortable furniture to breathtaking views of the ocean / beach as far as the eyes could see ...dolphins were present nearly every morning after 7am and evening after sunset !! My family and I were so impressed with this condo. From the moment we checked in we knew this unit was nicer than any others we have stayed in. The owners thought of everything! A fully stocked kitchen, a small step stool in the bathroom to make it easy for the little ones to reach the sink, extra pillows and blankets, beach toys for the kids and, what we came to find most helpful, a binder full of fliers for local attractions, menus from local restaurants and general information about the area. What a nice touch! The owners also called us upon arrival to make everything was OK and to see if we needed anything. They let us know they were just a phone call away. The Seawind itself was a very nice place. The indoor pool was great for the kids . There were large push carts available making arrival and departure loading and unloading very quick and easy. And the location is PERFECT! You are right in the middle of everything. You can get to anything fast! I cannot say enough about how nice this until was as well as the building. We are a family of 6 and found it more than spacious. This is the condo to book for your Gulf Shores vacation! My Response Thanks for this fantastic review! We have stayed in at least six other units in this building over the last several years and yours is our favorite. First, the west window was special with its views of the beach and sunsets. The deck furniture is very nice with cushion seats for six people. The living room couch was very comfortable and the chaise at the end was a nice feature. The dining room table was quite functional and with its six chairs and along with the three stools at the counter allowed plenty of seating for meals. Two king beds are a plus and both had comfortable mattresses. Overall, the unit was nicely decorated and very comfortable. It's obvious the owners take pride in keeping it nice. They called at the beginning and end of the week just to make sure everything was ok. We highly recommend it.
