Seawind 606 - 3 BR 2 BA Direct Gulf Front , Gulf Shores, Alabama Vacation Rental by Owner

This unit is beautiful and spacious, with a well stocked kitchen. The balcony view is amazing and we spent a lot of time watching the sunset and listening to the waves! Beds are comfortable and the AC is COLD. All requirements for a great beach stay can be found in this unit! Owners were very communicative about check in process and answered all questions promptly. We will definitely stay again.

This condo was so welcoming and the location was perfect for all our needs. Sea and Suds right next door and the jet ski and parasailing rentals on site made our trip easy with all our kids! The condo and its location were perfect for our fall break. It featured a wonderful view and was conveniently close to many restaurants, as well as a small surf shop and market just across the street. The distance to the beach was ideal, especially with small children in tow. The beach service was both nice and convenient, making our stay even more enjoyable. The condo itself was great for our families and small children. It was clean and provided easy access to the elevator. We will definitely consider staying here again if we find ourselves in the area.

The location was perfect, and the property overall was well kept and maintained. The condo was clean and well stocked with necessities. The only con was the 3rd bedroom was smaller than anticipated and not ideal for adult guests. Great communication with the owner and would still recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Deanna’s condo! It was our first family vacation with our 1.5 year old. We loved being beach front and having a beach setup available. The condo was super clean, had beach toys, and all kitchen utensils included. I would highly recommend staying here! The communication was great as well. We will be back!!

Our stay was just the R&R we needed after the busy holidays. Everything was just perfect! The bed in the master is so comfy I had to set my alarm to be sure I was up in time to watch the sunrise. And the sunsets from this balcony are simply breathtaking. Did I mention you can watch the dolphins swimming by on early mornings? This condo is convenient to many good restaurants and is also equipped with everything you need to cook in, if you so desire. This was not our first stay at this beautiful condo, and it certainly won’t be the last. We’re already trying to figure out when we can return. Thanks, Deanna, for another incredible getaway.

This is a wonderful condo! The view from the balcony is AMAZING. This was my first time down in winter and it was beautiful. Deanna was so easy to work with and always responded quickly. I had ZERO issues during my stay. The elevators were quick and just steps to the front door. Easy walk to restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

When not at the beach we were on the balcony. Home has comfortable beds and a kitchen with everything you need for a homemade meal. We were pleasantly surprised to have a Christmas tree decorated and with lights waiting for our arrival. It put my family in a very festive mood. We will definitely be back. We had another great time staying at Seawind #606. It was clean, well stocked with spices, beautiful view and right beside Sea N Suds which is my husband’s favorite place to eat. Deanna was super to work with and hopefully we can return in 2024.

We had a great week staying in Seawind 606! Deanna was quick to answer and help with anything we needed, which was our door keypad battery died and the Wi-Fi network needed to reboot. Those were not a fault of her and she helped get those fixed within 15 minutes! She even let me know when the room was ready for early check in! The condo was nice and as expected! It was stocked well with spices, dishwasher pods, coffee and sugar, and all plates, cups, and utensils. The only thing we needed and wasn’t there was scissors but that’s not a big deal. The property guards were nice and helpful when we needed them for a key when the door keypad wasn’t working. The kids absolutely loved the kiddie pool! The adult pool was cold so we didn’t swim in it but once, if you go to Seawind’s website it states it is heated year round but it was very cold. The walk down the ramp to the beach wasn’t far and before we knew it, our toes were in the sand. The condo even had beach toys, fold up chairs, and boogie boards. Beds were comfy and had plenty of extra pillows if we needed them. The only thing that I would suggest is bunk beds may fit better in the 3rd bedroom to give more room for bags since there is no closet in that room. Our trip was everything I was hoping for. The condo was very clean, modern and spacious. The third bedroom contains an additional queen bed, which is so much better than the normal bunk room. There is a great pool for small kids. Danny and Deanna are great people and answered our few questions immediately. I will definitely be adding this condo to my return list!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. The elevator is a bit of a struggle during busy times however that doesn't take away from the condo itself. Pool/Splash pad was a hit and the condo was quiet and clean. Location was also really great. Highly recommend for any future stays!

Made a fast trip down with only 4 days to stay. We had a glorious time and wanted to stay longer...other plans took us to Savannah, GA...but our hearts were still in Gulf Shores. Our host was wonderful, tended to our every need. Condo met all our expectations and then some. Felt right at home from the moment we entered.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We absolutely love the area. The condo was in a great location and within walking distance to so many restaurants, entertainment, shopping and fun. It was perfect for our teenage kiddos to enjoy themselves and have some independence. Loved that parasailing and other activities were available right from the condo. We did have an issue with the AC when we arrived, however Deanna was extremely responsive and had someone out to get it running promptly the evening we arrived. She is always quick to respond with any questions I had to ensure a great week and great experience. Highly recommend!

This unit has the most awesome views, direct ocean front. Its clean, I mean really clean! Has everything you need if you choose to cook. The beds are soooo comfortable! Parking isn’t a problem either. We absolutely loved our stay and Deanne is very helpful with any questions we had.

This was the perfect vacation for my family. Very accessible for my elderly Mom. The handicapped parking is right by the elevator and the Condo was just steps away from it as well. Gulf Shores is our favorite place to go and now we have the absolutely best place to stay too! Thanks to the owner for the great communication! It was right on the beach and down the street from The hangout where we literally danced on the chairs and table tops! There are several other nearby restaurants and souvenir shops. This unit was such a pleasure to stay in for our baseball World Series tournament. We have 3 kids and had plenty of space for all to sleep comfortably. The unit was nice and clean with plenty of kitchen appliances and cookware. Deanna was so sweet and so easy to work with. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

We took the whole family to this wonderful condo for spring break! Amazing gulf front view from the balcony with comfy outdoor furniture. :) Everything we needed for a great vacation was there for us. Thankful they even had some shampoo/soaps! Direct Access to the beach, perfect for our toddler! We had 3 teens (2 older) and a 4 yo and everyone was happy! Splash pad area perfect for young ones! :0) We did not go to the pool at all (because we love the beach)--but only thing I would be concerned about is the outside pool area is small (if you like to spend time poolside). Multiple restaraunts within walking distance. Deanna was very helpful providing all the info we needed for a relaxing week!

Our family was there during spring break week. The accommodations were fantastic. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need (but who wants to cook when you have restaurants within walking distance). They even had beach chairs and beach toys! It has a wonderful balcony to look out at the Gulf. The pool is definitely somewhat small, but again you have the Gulf right there! Thank you for hosting us; we had a great time!

Condo was beautiful for my family of 5. Very clean. Owner quick to respond. Beautiful view. Owner has all you need plus some in the condo. That was very impressive. Shampoo, soaps, coffee, beach chairs! The 4th floor is highly recommended due to elevators being busy but they do have a plan in place to add more elevators by next year. Great location to walk to several restaurants, shopping and the beach. We will be back! Restaurants to include : the hangout, island grill, ice cream, sea n suds much much more. Dollar general in walking distance, grocery across the street and for those of us that have cocktails across the street if need to make a run. Family friendly. Just beautiful!

We stayed in t hi s condo for 4 nights right before Christmas. The condo had plenty of space and the view was beautiful! We enjoyed sitting out on the deck a lot. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were up to date. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook breakfast each day. Keep in mind one of the bedrooms has a queen bed which takes up much of the room. My son was unable to move around very much and his luggage took up most of the floor space. Other than that, the place was great. Parking was easy, it was walkable to things and the beach was gorgeous. We would stay there again.

We had the opportunity to stay in Seawind 606 for a few days after Thanksgiving. I have to say this condo was amazing! Everything was so nice and clean. The beds and the furniture were very comfortable. It was one of the nicer and more comfortable condos that we have stayed in at Gulf Shores. The balcony was spacious, and the view was amazing. Deanna was very nice to work with and responded promptly to any questions that we had. Wish that our schedule would have allowed us to stay longer. We will definitely keep this condo on our list of places to stay in the future! :)

We have been vacationing in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach for 20 plus years and I must say that Seawind 606 was the top of the line Condo that we have stayed in. The greeting basket was very welcoming and all the other added items would have been enough to just brought our clothes because everything else was supplied! Perfect view from the balcony, convenient location, we greatly appreciated the Cleanliness of the condo. We Highly Recommend this Condo! We will be Returning. We had such a wonderful time in this beachfront condo. It was so convenient to everything, especially the Gulf State Park Pier. It was very well equipped with more than you could ask for including toiletries, linens, and kitchenware. Plus, it was tastefully decorated and so comfortable and relaxing. We loved staying here!! It’s well-stocked and has beautiful furniture. The balcony is spacious! Loved having a parking deck. My 20 month old loved the little splash pad/kiddie pool area! I never had any communication with Danny but Deanna is the BEST! Super sweet lady and unlike most owners she communicates frequently. The cost to rent was also very reasonable. I highly recommend renting from Danny and Deanna!!

This condo is fantastic! It is very well stocked with any and everything you need for a successful vacation. The balcony is great and the view is beautiful. The furniture is comfortable and looks great. All of the rooms have great beds and the bathrooms are nice. Very good location - the parking garage is very tight to maneuver in if you are driving a large vehicle, but has easy access in and out. We would definitely recommend as a rental and would rebook a stay here!

The condo was comfortable and had everything we could have needed. The view is awesome. We got to watch the fireworks on the 4th from the pier off the balcony! The location is great, super family friendly, the splash pad was awesome for my 2 and 5 year olds. The owners were super helpful and accommodating. The only issue we had for our entire stay was the elevators (which is no fault of the owners) there are only 2 for a 15/16 floor building, so the wait during peak times at the peak of vacation season was super long and at least one elevator was out of order on multiple days. The staff got them fixed as quickly as possible, which was great. Even with that, we still really enjoyed our stay and would return and stay here again.

We’ve stayed at a lot of condos and this unit was one of my top picks. The beds were comfortable and the owners supplied a lot of things that we typically have to pack. There’s a DG a few blocks away. Waffle House and a Market store right across the road. Several restaurants within walking distance. Great location! The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with, as was her manager. My kids loved the kiddie splash pool. Perfect for littles!

We love the condo on its own, but the location is wonderful too. The parking lot pulls out at a traffic light so it's easy to get in and out even when traffic is heavy. You can get to the well required Dollar General for staples without even getting on the main thoroughfare. The condo is both attractive and comfortable, just a couple of buildings over from the Sea and Suds and walking distance to the Hangout (1/2 mile). Thank you for having us, we'll be back!

I've been renting condos and vacation homes for over thirty years. This is one of the most inviting units we've ever booked. I love that they have upscale furniture and not the cheap stuff you often see. The condo is every bit as nice as the pictures, and the owners were very good to deal with too. We lucked up on this unit at the last minute. Condo was super clean, the personal touches were appreciated and the views were beyond spectacular. The owners were so friendly, informative and accommodating. We will be repeats for sure.

This condo is perfect! Perfect location and a perfect view right on the beach! Lots of room. We enjoyed our week stay 7/6-7/13 2019. Very nicely furnished with everything you need! Highly recommend staying here! Owner very nice and in contact to be sure your stay is perfect.

This was the perfect condo to accommodate our 2 families. Great location right on the beach. Comfortable beds, very clean, and kitchen was well-equipped. The owner was very easy to work with and always responded to any questions or needs immediately! We would highly recommend this rental.

Our stay at Seawind 606 was all we expected and more! The condo was exactly as shown in pics, very clean, close to everything! The entire area of Gulf Shores was clean, people were friendly. The longest we ever waited for elevator was 5 minutes. Beds were super comfortable. Rena was amazing to work with and always easy to get in contact with. I can't say enough great things about the condo, Rena, and the area of Gulf Shores!! Our trip was amazing! I highly recommend you stay here!

We had the best stay at Seawind 606! The condo was perfect and so comfortable. Both bathrooms had full size shampoos and body washes I was pleasantly surprised this was such a unique touch! The view is so amazing from the spacious balcony we didn't want to leave. We had top notch communication from the owners as well. We can't wait to come back!

Our group consisted of 2 older adult couples. We all thought the amenities were excellent. We loved the updated kitchen and the decor of the bedrooms,especially the front bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. The welcome basket was very thoughtful. We were entertained daily by the sound of the ocean waves, beach goers, and occasionally the dolphins. The condo is right across the street from a souvenir/grocery store. The TV controllers were a bit of a challenge but doable. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much. PS: We got a kick out of the elevator operators.
