No Booking fees.
Refundable $200 damage deposit holds your reservation and is due as soon as possible after booking.
Rental Total is due 3 weeks before stay.
Up to two parking passes may be purchased from the owner. Passes are $25.00 each.
Checks are our preferred method of payment but we are also happy to accept charge cards with a 2.9% convenience fee.

This is the best place that I've ever rented while at the beach. It is beautiful with the best views. The balcony has very comfortable furniture so that we could just sit and watch the waves during the morning and nights. Deana Swanson, the owner, answers the phone and/or texts quickly. She is the best to rent from. Very sweet!!!! Everything about this condo and location was perfect!

All the amenities you could possibly need. This unit was an excellent choice for so many reasons. The owner, Deana Swanson, was a pleasure to deal with and made the rental process very smooth. The bedding was comfortable, the unit was clean and well maintained, the entire unit decor was very nice and we had everything we could possibly need at hands reach. The unit is 1 level above the parking deck which made coming and going a breeze. The balcony views were awesome and we also thoroughly enjoyed the comfy balcony furniture . I have stayed many places along the coast but this one is by far the best. Thank you so much Deana! Your new best friend ;-)
