Checks are our preferred method of payment but we are also happy to accept charge cards with a 3% convenience fee.

My friend and I stayed in unit 409 while on our annual girls' vacation. The location was great, especially to the beach. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The condo was as advertised and check-in and check-out very easy. THe owner is very accommodating. We had an issue with the stool in the master bath and they responded right away. Would book again for that area.

We just got back from our 4th or 5th stay in this condo. The location is close to restaurants and shopping. It’s easy to access from the highway and has plenty of parking. We love the size and layout of the corner unit which allows us greater viewing of the gulf. We watched a pod of dolphins slowly crews pass us putting on a lively show with young dolphins doing flips for us! The kitchen is well stocked and the beds and furniture are comfortable. Deana is so friendly and easy to work with. We plan to return here for our annual beach trip!

We have stayed at this condo 3 years in a row, and we have never been let down have been there at different times of year, Deana, is the sweetest lady to deal with, and always on top of things, Great view from the balcony, walking distance to a lot of restaurants, and shopping. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

We enjoyed our relaxing getaway for the holiday. The condo was spacious enough for our family of 4. The kitchen is well stocked and located close to Walmart, Publix and Rouses. It was nice to be on a a lower level end unit. Great to sit on the balcony and watch the waves crash, or access the beach via the short boardwalk. Deana communicated well and offered lots of suggestions prior to our arrival. Would definitely stay again when returning to Gulf Shores.

Unfortunately, I did not get to stay in the condo. However, I wanted to still leave a review of how wonderful the owner was to work with. Her unit that was large enough for our family was already booked by another person. However, she was kind enough to assist us in finding a unit that would work that was owned by someone else. Next time we hope to stay her as she was very kind and helpful.

This is our first stay in 409 but have stayed in other Seawind units. The west end units are our favorites and this one is no exception! The views are gorgeous from the side window and balcony. The furniture and beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked. Since it’s on the forth floor, we used the stairs a lot. This is a condo that we will return to again and again. Deana is great to work with and sooo friendly.

This is the best place that I've ever rented while at the beach. It is beautiful with the best views. The balcony has very comfortable furniture so that we could just sit and watch the waves during the morning and nights. Deana Swanson, the owner, answers the phone and/or texts quickly. She is the best to rent from. Very sweet!!!! Everything about this condo and location was perfect!

All the amenities you could possibly need. This unit was an excellent choice for so many reasons. The owner, Deana Swanson, was a pleasure to deal with and made the rental process very smooth. The bedding was comfortable, the unit was clean and well maintained, the entire unit decor was very nice and we had everything we could possibly need at hands reach. The unit is 1 level above the parking deck which made coming and going a breeze. The balcony views were awesome and we also thoroughly enjoyed the comfy balcony furniture . I have stayed many places along the coast but this one is by far the best. Thank you so much Deana! Your new best friend ;-)
