Surfside Shores requires the purchase of 1 or 2 parking passes purchased from the security guard after arrival, each $30 if paid by cash or $31.20 if paid with card, and good for up to 14 days. A 1 month parking pass is also available for $40.
Refundable $200 damage deposit is due as soon as convenient after booking.
Rental Total is due 3 weeks before stay.
Preferred payment is by check. There is a 3% fee for card payment.

This is an awesome place to stay everything you needed was available in the condo, it was like a home away from home it is a very family oriented place for children of all ages. The owner Deanna is just awesome to work with you and to make sure your visit is a memorable one.

Absolutely loved this place ! Very nice owners .Big balcony with a beautiful ocean view ! Great location with close by shopping . I would definitely stay again if I ever go back .

We just came back from this condo. It was probably the easiest stay we've ever had. The owner was great to work with and the condo was perfect. Fully stocked as if I were at home. The location is great and we enjoy being able to be right above the pool, the beach was not crowded and the staff was great also. We will definitely go back.

Love Surfside 1204 ! It has become our go to place on repeat occasions. Deana is amazing and I actually got to meet her and her husband!! Great prices and great location and view and condo has everything we need!??

We stayed at Surfside Shore 1204 July 22 -25, 2017. We loved it there. The condo is so cozy and clean. We loved to sit on the balcony that overlooks the pool and beautiful beach. My grandson loves it there and even took his special bear friend this time. The owner Deanna Swanson is so nice and helpful. She makes booking and checking in so easy. We can't wait for our next trip to SSS 1204.

We absolutely loved staying at surfside shores 1204 from June 25-30, 2017! The location is located nicely to all of the local amenities, but far enough away from the high-rise condos and public beach, that our beach was not crowded and enjoyable to be at! The condo was extremely clean, even the tubs and tile when we pulled back the curtain...a huge issue for me! The condo kitchen was fully stocked, it even had a crockpot! It's spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 5. The balcony was very spacious as well, and it had plenty of room for all of us to enjoy the beautiful view all day long! The owner was extremely helpful with local places to go see and eat at. She always had a quick response via email or text! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your wonderful condo, it made our vacation perfect!

Enjoy a fun and relaxing vacation in our comfortable, affordable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Gulf front condo at Surfside Shores on family friendly West Beach.
Our comfortably furnished balcony offers a beautiful view of the pool, the dunes and white sandy beach, and the Gulf of Mexico.
It's just a quick walk to at least 3 restaurants, a souvenir shop, and a cute local grocery. Just 1 mile from The Hangout.
Our kitchen is fully outfitted with plenty of dinnerware and cookware if you choose to eat in or to enjoy a meal with a view from our balcony. The kitchen also has a new full sized, front loading washer and dryer, new range, and new microwave.
The living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and love seat and a large screen TV with DVD player and lots of family friendly movies
The master bedroom has a comfy queen size bed and TV with DVD player and 2 chests of drawers. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and TV with DVD player.
Each bedroom has an adjoining bath.
Both the living room and master bedroom have balcony access and great views via the large glass French doors.
We have tried to make our condo really comfortable and to provide everything you'll need for a fantastic vacation. We would LOVE to share our condo with you!!!
