We had a wonderful stay at your condo! We have stayed at the Colonnades before, but your unit was by far the best! It was super clean, and the decor made it feel like home! Very luxurious, and the beds were amazing! We look forward to another stay soon!

Plenty of room to spread out while still staying under one roof. Kids loved the large jetted tub in the master bedroom. In unit ice machine is very handy. Wonderful beach just a short walk from where you park and the pool is nice too, and was never crowded. Condo is very nice and the views are amazing! Would definitely stay here again. Our only tip is to know to bring your own paper products, trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, etc., if you are staying a few days or more. They are there, just no refills were provided.

The beds were incredible! They were so comfortable and our whole family slept great. We booked this family beach vacation for five adults and two 7yr olds. The beach was great, very soft sand and we saw dolphins a few of the mornings. We went mid July and we did have to watch out for jelly fish some, but thankfully no one in our group got stung. Beautiful space!

Michael and Mark provide a beach front property you could only hope for. They say ‘the devil is in the details’ and all I can say is M&M thought of everything! My favorite details: charging ports in every bedroom, 4 complete sets of towels in every bathroom, and the gorgeous high end finishes. Everyone else’s favorite: ice machine, abundant comfy seating and king sized tempurpedic beds. The kitchen is the best stocked I’ve ever seen.....seriously, a crock pot âœ”ï¸ Ninja Blender âœ”ï¸ stand mixer âœ”ï¸ Keurig âœ”ï¸ there was nothing I couldn’t make. The oversized George Forman grill allowed us to grill nearly every night right in our condo! Pictures are accurate (no tricky angles to make rooms appear larger than they are) if anything, they don’t do this beach home justice. The 19th floor view is breathtaking and you still get the one thing you can only get at the beach: the sounds of the waves (without any nuisance noises or pool effects.) The complex only having 3 units on each floor allows for little to no wait at the elevator. We had family members scattered throughout other units at the Collonades for our annual 4th of July family reunion and hands down, our unit was the envy of all. The location is walking distance to several shops and restaurants including The Hangout. What a joy it was to eat, drink and listen to live music and stroll home each night! I can’t thank Michael and Mark enough for opening their beach home to others and allowing us to share their slice of heaven. Already looking forward to our next stay in this phenomenal beach front paradise...

We spent a long weekend this Memorial Day at the Collonades. Mark and Mike have created a wonderful beach retreat in Condo 1902. The decor is soothing and you definitely feel like you're in a beach atmosphere. The views from the balcony are stunning. The location is perfect.....easy to get to anywhere in Gulf Shores or Orange Beach. The beach in front of the Collonades is awesome. It's a very wide stretch of sand, and you aren't in the middle of a bunch of super sized condo complexes, so you don't have the to fight the crowds to spread out or play. Even the looming sub tropical storm Alberto didn't put a damper on our weekend. This is the kind of place you want to keep coming back to stay......Thanks guys for your beautiful vacation spot. My family had a wonderful time.
