The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. This is a non-smoking property, and no pets are permitted. Monthly rental rates available Jan - Feb only. *Alabama salt-water fishing licenses required to fish from piers.

2 Kayaks and a paddle board are available for guest use. Boats can be launched from nearby Mo's Landing, located within an easy 7 mile drive on Fort Morgan Rd., and docked at the private pier on-site at Tide-AL Retreat, which is just 3 miles from the launch site when traveling by boat. Slip has 10' width and 21' deep under roof parking. 2-3.5" water depth.
