Nice location, had a great time but ....Pool should be heated through April not March. Televisions are terrible. Only first floor bedroom TV worked. Living room TV kept freezing up and restarting. Two TV's upstairs did not work at all and the other only got the Friends show.

This house was awesome! It’s a great location to grocery stores, restaurants, & fun things to do! The beach was so private & the pool was perfect for the kiddos!

As a large group of 19 we rented both sides of the duplex in Aug 21'. The total 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms made for great accommodations. Everyone had their own space. The private pool and direct beach access were an amazing win and were as awesome as advertised. There was a restaurant and small convenience store about a 10 minute walk away, otherwise you're driving for other food options and supplies. The owner was very attentive and responsive. We absolutely loved the location.
The only cons were lots of stairs for those that this makes a difference and some items weren't top notch condition, but as a large group with lots of kids this was perfect for us. Items were minor in comparison to all the pros. Thanks for hosting us!

The only thing we needed that the house didn’t supply was extra toilet paper. As many many that stayed at the house we needed more than a single roll per bathroom. Other than that it is a gorgeous place to stay! Right on the beach and close to downtown. The owner was quick to respond when we needed anything too.

4 BEDROOM, 3 bath duplex~~2 master bedrooms each with king beds, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, 4th bedroom has 1 bunk, one full and one twin, sleeps 12 total. One side of a beach duplex WITH POOL directly on the beautiful beach of Gulf Shores. Perfect family vacation get-a-way.
Renting a house ON the beach is better than having to deal with issues of a highrise condo. Free parking and step out of your door onto the beach! (This listing is for side B, however side A is also available for rent for larger groups and is also 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.)
We have fantastic Views of the Gulf of Mexico from both decks of house.
One Master bedroom is upstairs with a private balcony and stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico beach and pool. The other is downstairs for elderly visitors. Two other guest rooms are upstairs.
Very quiet beach, yet very close to the center of town.

Rafts, beach chairs and surfing boards are also provided for your use.
Additional amenities include dish satellite, four TV’s & DVD players. There are a number of movies for your viewing pleasure, along with board games, domino's and cards. A charcoal grill is also provided on the back porch.
Free parking is provided for one to two cars directly under the home and additional uncovered parking is available on the driveway.
The home is close to shopping, outlet mall, awesome restaurants, Waterville and mini golf. The property is conveniently located just two miles west of Hwy 59 off of West Beach Blvd.
