Coastal Comfort is a luxury beachfront home featuring 8 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, perfect for a relaxing getaway. This custom-designed property comes with an elevator and a private 15'x14' pool, which can be heated from October to May for $60 per day. The home is situated on a 100-foot stretch of sugar-white beach, offering both privacy and scenic views.

On the Main Floor, you'll find a spacious great room ideal for gatherings, along with three King bedrooms, one of which is handicap accessible. This floor also includes a laundry room and a pool bath for added convenience.

The Top Floor features five additional bedrooms—one King and four bedrooms with pairs of Queen beds. A family room on this level provides extra space for relaxation, along with another laundry room and a wet bar.

Both levels of Coastal Comfort offer stunning beachfront porches, with the main living floor boasting covered areas perfect for dining and lounging by the pool.

Outdoor Amenities include a large charcoal grill, a long picnic table, a ping pong table, and plenty of shaded seating and outdoor living space, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For the Hangout Music Festival, a $1000 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
