The house includes 12 bedrooms, with 9 of them being kings, each equipped with a TV. Ten of these bedrooms have private balconies with views of either the Gulf or the pool and Little Lagoon. There are 10 full baths throughout the property. The layout provides a mix of expansive common areas for togetherness and smaller spaces for gathering, along with private bedrooms that offer adjoining baths and porches for quiet and privacy.
On the lowest floor, you'll find 4 King bedrooms, with two facing south towards the beach (each with a twin daybed and twin trundle), and two overlooking the pool (one with a twin daybed). This floor also includes two family rooms and two laundries.
The middle floor features the main living, dining, and kitchen areas, plus two King bedrooms overlooking the pool (one with a daybed).
The top floor includes a King bedroom with a daybed and trundle, a Queen bedroom with a daybed and trundle, two Queen bedrooms in the middle (the only bedrooms without balconies), and two King bedrooms overlooking the pool (one with a daybed).
The house is pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs. There is an additional pet fee of $348.
Outdoor amenities include a large private pool that can be heated, outdoor gathering space with charcoal grills, and seating for outdoor dining. The house is located directly across the street from the beach, with beach access just down the block at 13th Street.
Situated in family-friendly West Beach, Dream Big is 2.3 miles west of Hwy 59. It's conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and attractions while being away from condos and crowds.
Please note, college groups require a faculty advisor or coach, and a $1000 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required for the Hangout Music Festival to ensure the house is left in good condition. Rentals are not available to groups under 25 years old or for bachelor or bachelorette parties.
