Dream Big, Gulf Shores, Alabama Vacation Rental by Owner

Dream Big is a great house for a gathering, reunion or retreat. Right across from the beach, it has a 18'x36' private pool with the option to heat (pool heat is available for $50/day) and an elevator. Dream Big sleeps 24-36 guests (maximum of 30 adults) and rents as one big house. While it was originally built as a duplex, we've opened up the main floor for a large living room and a large dining room--perfect for everyone to be together. It has a total of 12 bedrooms (9 of them kings), 10 full baths and lots of room to spread out over 3 floors and 7000 sq feet.


The result is a nice combination of larger common spaces for togetherness plus smaller spaces for gathering, and lots of private bedrooms with adjoining baths and porches for quiet and privacy. You'll have lots of kitchen space (2 refrigerators, 2 ranges, 4 dishwashers), two smaller family rooms so the kids have a place to call their own, 4 full laundries, and lots of private bedrooms.


There are 12 spacious bedrooms, each with TV. 10 of those bedrooms have private balconies overlooking either the Gulf, or the pool & Little Lagoon beyond. The lowest floor has a total of 4 King bedrooms, two facing south toward the beach (those also each have a twin daybed and twin trundle), and two (one also has a twin daybed) overlooking the pool. In between on each side you'll find a family room & a laundry. On the middle floor you'll find the big living, dining and kitchen areas, plus two king bedrooms that overlook the pool, the west king bedroom also has a daybed. The top floor features a king plus daybed and trundle and a queen plus daybed and trundle that each face the beach, two queen bedrooms in the middle (the only bedrooms without balconies), and two king bedrooms overlooking the pool (one also has a daybed).


You'll also enjoy a large 18'x36' private pool that can be heated for $50/day, and outdoor gathering space with charcoal grills and seating for outdoor dining. Dream Big is located directly across the street from the beach. Beach access is just down the block at the 13th Street public beach access.


Located in family-friendly West Beach, Dream Big is 2.3 miles west of Hwy 59. Away from condos & crowds, you are still quite close to restaurants, shops & attractions. Sorry! No college groups without a faculty advisor or coach. Please note there for the Hangout Music Festival there is a $1000 Refundable Damage/Cleaning Deposit to ensure the house is left as expected. We are unable to rent to groups under the age of 25, or for bachelor or bachelorette parties.
