The entire 16th floor is yours. Take the elevator up into your own private penthouse residence. This incredible penthouse feels like you are suspended in mid-air, with floor-to-ceiling glass on three sides of the main room and in every bedroom. Enjoy the 360 degree wrap around views from your gigantic 3,800 square foot living space.

Two private balconies, one overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the other overlooking Little Lagoon.  Evenings will be a blast with your own pool table, wet bar, and multiple seating areas to spread out and relax.  All with mesmerizing views!

This place was designed for entertainment and connectivity.  High speed WIFI throughout the penthouse.  A new smart flat screen TV in every room.  A new 70" smart flat screen TV in the main room.  Sonos wireless speaker system in the main room which can stream music from your own collection or services like Spotify or Pandora.  Play pool while overlooking the gulf!  Prepare your favorite beverages at the wet bar with under-counter ice maker and wine cooler in the main room.

We provide: A 10-ft SUP board to soak in the views and nature on the lagoon.  The SUP board comes with a paddle, life vest and is conveniently stored inside the penthouse.  ( Use SUP board at your own risk!! )  We also provide 6 folding beach chairs, an umbrella, a rolling beach cart, a rolling cooler and plenty of beach towels. 

The Gourmet kitchen has everything you need for preparing vacation fare and entertaining.  Our kitchen is outfitted with the very best of everything and has two center islands, one with bar stool seating.

There is a private pier/dock with slips on the lagoon side for your boat, jet skis or to use our SUP board.  The pier is great for fishing, crabbing or just sitting around enjoying your favorite beverages.  Two charcoal grilling areas are nearby the pool deck and a fish cleaning station is at the end of the pier/dock.

On the ground floor an indoor pool and spa tub is available for our guests.  There is also an outdoor pool and deck overlooking the lagoon.  We also have a small fitness room available for our guests located adjacent to the indoor pool/spa and overlooking the lagoon.

Our guests enjoy a private beach access directly across the street with boardwalk leading to the sugar white sands of Gulf Shores. Our stretch of beach is amazingly clean and there is never competition for space!
