It contains fully furnished kitchen with GRANITE counter-top, Wet Bar w/Granite CT & Ice Maker, crown molding, High Speed Wireless Internet, and tiled floors throughout with throw rugs. Living room has a Vizo 65 Smart 4k TV and DVD player. Recently added two new leather swivel/recliner combination chairs. There is a large laundry room with full size washer / dryer, There is a large outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, sauna, exercise room and barbecue grills for guest's use. It has an assigned, covered parking space.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and has access to the very large balcony. It has a Sony 47in Smart TV and DVD player. The master bath has a large whirlpool tub, separate shower, large double vanity, and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds with private adjoining bath. It has aLG 42in 4k Smart TV and DVD player. There also is a 1/2 bath for drop by guests.
Sofa contains a Queen hide-a-bed!

There are nine exceptional golf courses in the area, excellent Gulf and backwater fishing, great dining, and fantastic shopping at the nearby outlet mall. Gambling is one hour and 45 minutes away in Biloxi, Mississippi.
