The Dock House , Orange Beach, Alabama Vacation Rental by Owner

Awesome place to stay. Great to split with another family. We loved the outdoor area! Fully stocked kitchen. We were able to bring our boat and use the wet slips that were available. Will definitely be renting again!!

Our family enjoyed the dock house. Will definitely rent this again. Everything was well thought out and the outside kitchen and entertainment area was  [💯] . Loved our visit.

This is our 11th year celebrating Anniversary in Orange Beach and 2nd time to stay at this property. Awesome, was better than 1st stay with improvements they have made. Already working on plans for next year to stay here again.

Great week in Orange Beach! Communication with property manager was superb! We had a large group and everyone enjoyed the house and the outdoor kitchen and ice machine were a unique bonus.

Property was just as described, better than the pictures portray. Elevator made the trip with our handicapped parents super easy. Having a place for two boats was a huge bonus, dock was really nice. The ice machine made day trips so easy! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, used both the hibatchi and grill, and had all our meals there. Only slight negative was that there was no dishwasher on the second level that joins the patio. This made cleanup awkward and a bit more difficult than necessary. Wouldn’t keep me from going back at all, just feedback. This property had the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever been to, large pots, plenty of accessories and serving ware. Also of note about the patio is that there are bats that come in! I doubt there is anything that can be done, but it was startling nonetheless. Just something to be mindful of for guests. Kids loved the pool, life jackets stocked came in handy. Overall this property is fantastic, great location and perfect for multi family vacationers with boats!

The Dock House exceeded our expectations. The owners thought of everything! The huge deck was a great hangout spot. It was a bit chilly so the fire pit was an awesome place to gather. The location on the Bayou was awesome. We will definitely be back!

We have rented the Dock House before, it’s perfect for our family, the tv in the outdoor kitchen area is fantastic!

Everyone from the youngest to the oldest had a fantastic time. The accommodations were amazing! The outdoor kitchen area was awesome. We lacked for absolutely nothing during our stay.

We had a blast staying at The Dock House in Orange Beach, AL. The house location is perfect and was very clean. The outdoor kitchen is phenomenal! We all enjoyed being on the water with the ability to easily swim, kayak and paddleboard.

Everything we needed was provided … great communication ! Will definitely book again. Location is fantastic, dock space for boating families is perfect , pool for relaxing after a day on the water .. the outdoor kitchen is perfect .. we cooked indoors once all week ! Thanks to the Roe’s and their phenomenal property managers for an awesome family vacation!!

Great host and a great time! The amenities were awesome. We spent most of our time on the deck which was recently renovated and is an awesome spot to hangout while cooking/grilling. Great access to the water and overall great location. Will definitely book again!

House was well stocked and very clean. Loved the design giving everyone privacy and the new outdoor kitchen is the perfect meet up spot in the evening. I would definitely stay again.

The property was everything we had hoped for! We cooked all meals at the outside kitchen, which was amazing. No issues checking in or throughout our stay. Perfect location for boating. Commercial grade ice machine. All very nice

The Roe's pay attention to details and are considerate owners with a perfect vacation home on the water. It is a Fisherman's dream, every detail well thought out and available, never thought what a perk having a large ice machine would be. Having the boat docked right under the house was a tremendous convenience. The family really loved the large covered gathering area with updated outdoor Kitchen, we cooked every meal including breakfast out there, and new furniture made it very relaxing. The floor fans made for a nice breeze. Property management was great, kept us informed and I have never had a renting manager that came out to take trash cans to the road on pickup days on any vacation. We will be returning and enjoying this well appointed and beautiful vacation home soon.

Beautiful well equipped house with wonderful outdoor kitchen. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and stores. Great pool and beautiful waterways behind the house. Has everything you need to stay and close to anything you would want to do. Would stay there again.

This property was great. It was perfect for our family, there were plenty of activities to keep everyone busy. Some choose to relax on the deck and do nothing. We didn’t even need to leave the house once you got the groceries. We were glad there was an elevator for the grandmas. We did have to contact the house manager once and she was very quick to help us out. Very nice. I would recommend this place and would love to come back.

House is well furnished, maintained and super clean. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and spent time cooking and enjoying the property. Watching the boats from the outdoor living room was a highlight! Property managers live nearby and were very responsive. This home is located in an upscale neighborhood and is great for families looking for a little space as well as a place to spend time together.

Our stay at the Dock House was fabulous. Best house we've rented in Orange Beach. The outdoor livingroom was our favorite spot. Dogs loved it too! Elevator was a life saver. We experienced no problems with it. Just followed the posted instructions which were very clear. Hope to return in the future! The owners & property managers were great to work with too; very nice folks!

Outstanding property with attention to every detail. Elevator extremely convenient for hauling luggage and groceries - much appreciated by guest with bad knee. Boat dock was easy to access and kept boat well secured even during a bad storm. Enjoyed several days of excellent boating in the area. Especially enjoyed the fire pit and comfortable outdoor living area. Decor and amenities well thought out. Was a somewhat chilly week so did not use pool. Driveway accommodated all cars and a 25’ boat, trailer and truck easily. Would definitely visit again.
