Wow!! I’ve lost count of how many times we have stayed in this condo! It is our absolute favorite place to stay. This time we celebrated our 40th anniversary there and we try to celebrate all of our special occasions there because we love it so much. Jen is so nice and always makes sure we have everything we need. She stocks the kitchen and bathroom with extras just in case you forget something! The condo is beautiful and the view is fabulous! Our family loves the view of the bay, and we love drinking coffee outside while dolphin watching - it's magical! The condo is so spacious, and we love the large rooms that have their own bedrooms. There are so many things to love about this condo! We love that it is on the first floor. So easy to unload your car and go right in. The minute you walk in you notice the spectacular view of the water. The condo was immaculate when we arrived. The kids loved playing in the pool when we weren’t at the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of essential cookware. Also, love the new updates to condo since our last stay here. Can’t wait to come back!

This is a boat lover’s dream! Walk in the front door and out the back, just steps from your boat! The view of Ole River is beautiful day and night, and the location is perfect for boating, fishing, swimming, and just relaxing! The spacious condo was beautifully furnished, immaculate, and Jennifer was so nice to work with! The kids loved fishing from the dock and watching for dolphins! Love it here! The Roberts Family

Wow! Such a great experience! The condo was beautiful and the location was just perfect! We had our married adult kids with us and the condo is perfect for 6 people. The bay is beautiful and my sons enjoyed fishing off the dock! The quick beach access was great, just a quick walk across the street! The condo was quiet at night and in the morning during our coffee time. The condo pool was a great addition to our vacation. When the sea creatures moved in, we moved to the pool!!! We have stayed in this condo on 4 different occasions and can't wait to go back. ON a side note, the bed is the most comfortable bed ever!!! I am getting the mattress topper for my bed at home!! We have been renting this gem in Orange Beach for several years! It’s absolutely our favorite place to stay. My husband loves to fish and this unit has a covered pier and fishing station right outside the back door! He is in heaven! My favorite thing to do is sit on the back porch in the Adirondack gliders and watch the beautiful sunsets and boats pass by on bay! Also there’s so much room in this condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We love the beach too and the beach access is just a short walk across the street. The owners are so nice and really want your stay to be fabulous! We truly cannot recommend this condo enough and will continue to come back several times a year!

This beautiful well appointed 3 bedroom, 3 bath spacious condo sits on Old River allowing guests a gorgeous water front view the minute you walk in the door and continues straight to the back patio where you are steps away from the *first come first serve* boat docks. And, wait, there's more~~for gulf/beach lovers you have your own private/gated access just a short walk across the street at our sister property, Dolphin Key. Truly we offer one of the best of both waterfront worlds in OBA. **Boats & boat trailers are only allowed in Dolphin Harbor parking lot IF YOU'RE AN OWNER - NON OWNERS/GUESTS: launching of your boat and parking of your trailer will have to be done offsite - no exceptions - and no boats or boat trailers can be brought in to the property during check-in - that must be taken care of before you arrive at the Dolphin Harbor gate**
The condo offers a spacious kitchen with all the amenities you have at home. It's perfect for prepping and cooking meals. Bring all the groceries & luggage you want because you'll be able to park close to your door & walk right in avoiding stairs and elevators.
Guests enjoy the back patio with comfy gliders (three gliders & two teak chairs) to lounge in while watching the boats go by and often catch dolphins swimming and playing. And don't forget your fishing tackle as you're only steps to the docks.
Enjoy the pool with a view of Ono Island & Old River, great tennis courts (front of property), kayak/paddle board storage (bring your own lock) & community grill next to the pool and facing Old River.
