It can accommodate 4 with a King Bed in the only Bedroom, 2 Hallway Bunk Beds, and the option to use a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the main room

This is a 37-Unit building, pet free, family-friendly complex. Enjoy the sand between your toes or sit on your private balcony and watch the surf roll in. 

There is an outdoor seasonally heated pool, bar-b-que grills, and of course, world-renowned beautiful Gulf of Mexico white sand.

The remainder of the payment for your booking will be refunded back to you (total price - $207).

Emerald Skye is a 37-unit building with only 40-something parking places.
Therefore, each unit is only allowed one parking pass per unit per stay according to the Condo Association rules. 
* Friends and family are more than welcome to visit. However, an extra parking pass will not be allowed and they must park at an off-site location.
* Vehicles will be towed at your expense.
* Overnight parking at off-site venues comes at your own risk. 

The deposit to hold a unit is $200.

Until a storm is named by the National Hurricane Center, the authority on naming storms,
AND the State of Alabama issues an evacuation order,
Reservations will be honored. 

If the decision is made not to come at all, all monies paid are forfeited per the published cancellation policy

When a storm is named, building shutdown procedures will begin approximately 72 hours prior to a projected storm.
