Our family stayed in this condo the week of 4th July and it was a great condo for my family. We had 2 teenagers, a 10 month old and me and my husband there was plenty of room for us and had everything we needed. We loved that there were 2 bathrooms attached to both bedrooms.. the teenagers loved that. Perfect view of the beach and pool. The owner, Kenny was easy to talk to and got back to us when we had questions before we got there. We will definitely rent from him again.

Excellent condo. Comfortable, quiet and a spectacular view. Nice kitchen, good bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Phoenix 7 also provided plenty of group activities which made our stay that much more enjoyable. Owner was easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs. Loved the balcony and the great view of the Gulf. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

We had such an enjoyable 6 night stay during the 4th of July holiday. The unit was perfect for our family. It was decorated nicely, was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. I was very impressed with the quality and quantity of the pots/pans/skillets and corningware available. There were even muffin pans! It really felt like being at home. We enjoyed the view from the balcony of the Gulf and watching the boats come and go from the Pass. The balcony furniture was nice - no plastic. We LOVED the keyless entry and are spoiled to it now - such a convenience!! We couldn't have asked for better weather and the water was beautiful our entire stay. Kenny, the owner, was so accomodating, very easy to work with, and responded to my emails promptly. I wanted to give a 5 star review before I even left for my vacation! He even emailed me AFTER our stay to make sure we enjoyed our trip and that everything was acceptable. First Class! Our whole experience was everything we expected and more. Thanks for a great vacation! We can't wait to go back!

Took my daughters on a Girl's trip and the condo was fabulous! Beautiful interior! Great view of the beach and ocean! We will definitely come back! Thank you Ken for your hospitality! This was the best condo we've ever stayed in! Thanks for a "first class" vacation with my girls!

Colorful charm! Fun tropical art sets the tone in this two-bedroom, two-bath condo. Aloe walls and beige tile greet you in the entry way and lead to the first bedroom. It features two matching double beds with stained wood and wicker headboards, a shared nightstand and a chest of drawers with a flat screen TV and VCR. The adjoining bath has a single sink vanity and shower/tub combination. The roomy master bedroom has a king bed with tan wicker headboard, nightstand and two chest of drawers for plenty of storage. There is also a flat screenTV in the master bedroom. The master bath features an extended single sink vanity with a bench for seating and a shower/tub combination. The kitchen has granite counter tops, off white wood cabinets, travertine backsplash and a stainless steel refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave. Bring the whole group together for a meal in the dining area with the stained wicker table and four chairs with multicolor plaid cushions. Two additional dining chairs are located in the living area and three matching bar stools are in the kitchen. The living area also has a beige wicker sofa and arm chair with multicolor fabric cushions, and a wicker chair with blue cushions.
