Carroll's Sugar Beach Condo Unit #137 was the Best. I call it my home away from home. If you're going to visit Orange Beach, PLEASE check out her Condo. It is very NICE AND CLEAN. There is a BEAUTIFUL view of the BEACH from the patio. My husband sat out there every night we were there??. We will DEFINITELY be going back??. She stay in contact with you, everything that was advertised was there in the Unit.

My husband and I found this gem a few years ago. We had been to Sugar Beach several times...but this unit was the best by far! The location in the complex is perfect. It is so well stocked that I feel like all I need to really pack is a couple swimsuits. I lost my husband in 2021, but this place has become my slice of heaven! I now try to visit at least once a year, but would prefer monthly! Carroll is unbelievable! She is on top of everything and wants her guests to be completely comfortable. I highly recommend her and her condo. Be sure to go to Lartigues right across the street, they,too, will treat you like family!

Sugar Beach has always been our favorite. We always brought our girls every summer until softball became their favorite sport. I lucked up and came across this gem while my daughter's college softball team was playing in Gulf Shores. And Carroll's price is by far the best without all the crazy fees. We will be back! Thank you Carroll for checking on us. It was great!

Our stay at sugar beach unit #137 for the week of June 5th. was near perfect . Unit was clean and the best we have found. Carol is a great owner and very helpful.

We stay at Sugar Beach multiple times each year. This was our 1st stay with Ms. Carroll in 137. The condo could have not been more perfect for us. Absolutely above and beyond what we expected. So much storage for a studio unit. Top of the line furnishings and finishes. Very comfortable all around. So many little things that made the stay better than normal. Ms. Carroll was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend!!!

Perfect condo for a girls weekend! The bed and the couch bed are very comfortable! 3 pools on the property and a easy walk out to the beach! The Sugar Shack came in handy for lunch as they have burger, hot dogs, nachos....and adult beverages! Plus the condo is across the street from a really good seafood market! Everything you need for a girls weekend!!

Carroll's studio condo at Sugar Beach is awesome! It was the perfect getaway before my daughter had to return to school. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. It is well equipped to meet all our needs which included starting the day with smoothies and tea and coffee. We did splurge with a treat of apple fritters from City Donut. Sugar Beach is right on the beach and the condo had all we needed to have a great day on the beach. It is also just a few minutes drive from Publix, and some of our favorite places to eat such as Docs, Cosmos and the Gulf. We can't wait to go back!

Our family had so much fun staying at this wonderful condo. Everything you could possibly need is there. The condo is decorated so nice and homey and it was so clean! The bed is super comfortable! We loved that you could be in one of three pools or at the beach within minutes. Great restaurants, ice cream shops and grocery stores are all close by. We made some wonderful memories and plan to go again as soon as we can!

I loved staying at Sugar Beach! There are multiple pools, a very cool snack bar with good food and adult beverages, and of course the beautiful white sand beach! The decor in the condo is happy and light and really pretty. Can't wait to go back!

My "grands" and I have celebrated our last two birthday's here. They didn't want to leave this year either! They love the bed, the closeness to the pool and of course, the Sugar Shack.

This beachy condo is the perfect getaway spot! The room was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We loved having the snack bar next to the pool area so there wasn't a need to leave for lunch. The beach is so much closer then most of the condo's we have stayed in the past. We definitely want to stay here again!

This is perfect for a family of four! The queen bed is so comfy and the kitchen is great for cooking. It is stocked with everything you need to cook. Sugar Beach is a very family friendly place to stay! There is something for everyone to do between the four pools, the beach and the Sugar Shack snack bar. We love it and will stay there again soon!
