We loved the condo and the amenities of the complex. Dana is awesome and very easy to reach. There were 8 of us and there was more than enough room. Loved having the barbecue & hot tub on the balcony and loved sitting out there having our coffee in the morning. We also loved the workout room & tennis courts. The location is great too; we walked to The Gulf restaurant on the beach. Thanks for such an amazing place to spend our family vacation...we all loved it!

Provided our family with a perfect vacation!
This was our family's second visit to Turquoise Place. We obviously enjoyed it so we came back. The condo we stayed in the first time was really nice, but this condo has got to be the nicest and best decorated one of all. The description of everything was exact. We needed nothing but our food. All of the furniture was like new and very comfortable. The appliances were top notch. Even the beach chairs were first class. Seems like nothing was left out - nice tvs, netflix, wifi, landline phone for local calls, completed laundry room, ice machine, fully equipped kitchen, hot tub, outdoor grill, and on and on. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed for grandparents, parents, and the young grandkids. Would highly recommend this condo for an extended family to enjoy the beach and all the facility has to offer (6 pools, tennis, playground, sauna, steamroom, tiki bar with food). Since we were there on Independance Day, we were also treated to an excellent fireworks display from our balcony, with most exploding right at our eye level on the 20th floor. The owner was very accomodating and available, providing us with very specific information about everything in advance and following up with us upon our arrival to make sure everything was okay.

** DATE RULES: In PEAK SUMMER (mid-May to Mid-August), please do not leave a gap/ vacant night between bookings on the calendar - OR you need to leave three nights or longer between your booking and the reservations surrounding it. We do not force weekly, but you must work within the current calendar and fill gaps. We have a 3-night minimum in all seasons and longer over some holiday weeks.**
