(For an additional fee, 2 additional bedrooms, living room, bath and kitchenette are available seperately on the ground floor area, for a total of 7 bedrooms, 5 baths, if additional space is needed)   The house is located in a gated community close to all that Orange Beach has to offer.  Beach access is a 3-5 minute walk by a dedicated access between condominium units, or if you prefer, public beach access through the Cotton Bayou State Park  only a quarter mile away with restrooms, handicap ramp and life guards available. 
The ocean, bay, boating, biking, kayaking  and a full array of tantilizing restaurants and sun filled entertainment for all ages are available near this ideally located beach house. This 3 story house has all you need for your family and friends to have the perfect vacation that you've always dreamed about.   Enter the gates and the fun begins.
The outside of the house features sea turtles in the front porch railing and that theme continues throughout the house.  Drive into one of the 2 enclosed garages on the first floor and unload your luggage inside.  Then up the stairs to the main level and you won't believe your eyes--this house is just beautiful and has every amenity that you could need.
On the main floor, there is an exquisite living area with dining and kitchen which is beautifully furnished with hardwood floors and shiplap walls which would make Chip and Joanna Gaines proud.  The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, leathered granite countertops, tile backsplash, custom cabinets, a large pantry and plenty of dishes and cookware to prepare a meal if you tire of eating out.
A wet bar and under counter ice machine are provided.  Also on this level is a fun bedroom for the kids with 2 sets of bunkbeds, a full bath with tub, and a king bedroom with its own ensuite bath with shower.  Just off the living area, is a dining porch with table and seating.  Up the stairs on the 3rd level is the master suite
with bath, which includes a soaking tub and a tiled walk-in shower.  Enjoy your morning coffee on the master suite balcony with a bar table and seating for 4.
Next to the master is a double queen bedroom and also a king bedroom with Jack and Jill bath.  There is a TV in every bedroom and a large smart TV in the living room. Wifi is available throughout the house and a stereo system with indoor and outdoor speakers.  
Just across the street, you will have access to the tennis courts, pool and clubhouse.  Also, for your boating pleasure, just around the corner is the community dock with a boat slip dedicated to this beach house.  Fish cleaning station and water are available next to the boat slip.
Sit on the front porch at night and enjoy the lights from the condos on the beach and, if you're lucky enough to be here on a holiday, enjoy the Turquoise Place Fireworks show!  Yes, in this house, your dreams do come true!
