Information regarding rental/security deposit and payment schedule::
The $300.00 RENTAL/SECURITY DEPOSIT does not apply towards rent and is refunded within 14 days of your departure provided contact provisions are met. Deposit is required within 7 days of reservation to secure the reservation. 50% of rental cost is due 60 days prior to arrival with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept payment in the form of Cashier’s Check or Personal Check. A 30 day notice is required for cancellation.
We suggest that all vacationers purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance.

Lovely, comfortable, and well appointed home away from home beach condo! The views of the beach and ocean are amazing! The balcony is literally an outdoor room, perfectly designed to read, relax or dine al fresco! Since this condo is located right on the beach, it was so quick and easy to get our "toes in the sand!" Wendy is easy to contact and extremely responsive to questions. Her Southern hospitality shines in every way at 1402 Pelican Point! We cannot wait to go back!

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pelican 1402! Plenty of room, dolphins swimming by, great location directly on the beach with easy and quick access. Plenty of space on the beach and close to everything else we wanted to do. Great communication from Wendy before, during and after, really nothing negative to say about the whole experience. Thank you for allowing us to stay! We hope to be back again next year!

Girl trip was a huge success!! We were in awe at all the amenities available in 1402. More kitchen utensils and appliances than I've ever seen at any condo! Bed pillows galore! And coat hangers!!! There are never enough coat hangers but they were in excess!! Comfortable beds and furniture....and so nicely decorated. Plus, the HUGE balcony was awesome! Thanks Wendy, for a great experience!

We stayed at Pelican 1402 the week before Memorial Day and it was perfect! The outdoor pool was just warm enough to swim in and the indoor pool was a nice treat! We almost had both pools to ourselves most of the time as well as the hot tub. The ocean temp was great as well, but watch out for the green seaweed in your swimsuit! The condo itself is high class. It really is one of the best condos we've ever stayed at in our 15 years of renting around the US beaches. We would love to come back again for sure! It was also our first time to the Gulf Shores area and the restaurants are all soooo good! Thank you Wendy!!

OWNER MANAGED-communicate directly with the owner! Our beach home has been offered to our guests since January 2008 so we are very familiar with the ins and outs of direct-with-owner renting and want our guests to feel like they are at home.

We require THREE NIGHT MINIIMUM STAYS. WEEKLY SATURDAY to SATURDAY stays only during Spring Break and SUMMER weeks.

During summer months (May 1-August 11) and PRIME Spring Break weeks (March 11-April 14) we rent on a weekly (Saturday-Saturday) basis. Rates vary by season: $1,750.00-$3,000.00 per week please inquire for an accurate rate and possible DEALS available!

Centrally located in Orange Beach, Alabama, this spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom gulf front unit in Pelican Pointe Condominiums sleeps 8 max (8 adults and children including infants total occupancy) and offers breathtaking panoramic beach views with all the comforts of home (perfect for a large family or 2 small families-Golf or Fishing Outing, or even a Girl’s Getaway). Huge flat screen TV in the family room for those beach movie nights or all important sporting events!
Each of the three bedrooms offers new, updated bedding and décor. The master bedroom has new furnishings including a king-sized bed and flat screen TV/DVD. The master offers balcony access, large closet, and private bathroom. A second bedroom offers a queen sized bed, oversized closet, and TV/DVD. The third bedroom houses two double beds and TV. A queen-size sleeper sofa is located in the living room. The well-equipped kitchen makes easy work of meal time. There’s also a full-size large capacity HE washer and dryer.
Convenient to shopping, grocery, and entertainment, all guests will be kept as busy (or not) as they choose. Beachfront large outdoor pool with adjacent children’s pool offers ample lounge chairs. Feel free to enjoy the indoor heated pool with hot tub, petite fitness center, or outdoor tennis court with basketball hoop. Onsite security!

CANCELLATIONS – A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. Final payment must be received to avoid cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of all money(ies) paid.
MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel ninety (90) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in.
