**NO smoking/vaping of any kind is permitted in the unit or on the patio of the unit. Smoking/vaping is only permitted in the marked smoking area of Condo Association.
**One parking pass is included with a stay of up to two weeks. Additional time and an additional pass may be purchased at the security gate. No more than two parking passes may be issued.
**Rent ranges from $250-$650 per night based on the date of booking.

There were 7 of us - 3 kids and 2 couples. The bedrooms were big with room for your luggage. The dining table was big enough for all of us, and the patio table even had room for seven. Plenty of seating in the living room and on the patio. There were amenities galore. Games, cards, stocked kitchen, full sized washer and dryer, plenty of towels, and even beach toys and towels. It was very clean. The best part was being on the first floor and walking right out to the pool and beach. Will definitely stay again, and recommend to our friends.

We had the best time at STAGger Oasis! The condo is super nice, it has been updated and had everything we needed for the week! The location is the absolute best!!! Steps to the beach, pool and hot tub! We can’t wait to come back and visit!

This condo was amazing!! I stayed there with my husband, my 2 kids and their 2 friends. It’s big enough you are not on top of each other with plenty of room! The condo has a very homey feel with the most beautiful view whether day or night! Sitting on the patio to eat your breakfast or drink coffee is the best way to start your day! Then a walk on the beach at night and sitting back on the deck watching the moonlight sparkle on the ocean is the way to end your day! Right out your door is the pool OR the beach, take your pick! Make sure you go crabbing one night in the dark….that’s an experience you won’t forget! Something everyone can enjoy! Such an awesome place to stay! It was definitely one of our best family vacations!! We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful spacious condo with great amenities! The rooms are more spacious than most I have stayed. It also has all you need in order to cook most any meal at “home”. The location of the condo is great being on the first floor and not having to wait on elevators, and right by the outdoor pool! It’s also in very close proximity to the indoor pool- both pools nice size and the entire complex is very clean including the condo. We were concerned at first about noise being on the first floor- but we never had an issue!!! Great condo and plan to stay again this year!!

Great condo! Our family enjoys the beach and pool, within steps out of the large patio. Having a full kitchen is ideal on vacation-you can enjoy having family meals. We recommend this Oasis to many friends and family!

3 Bedroom 2 Bath Beach/Gulf Front Condo 1st Floor
The location is right in the heart of Orange Beach--One mile from Coastal, about five miles from Florabama, and about six miles from The Hangout. Stores close by include Publix Grocery, Walmart, Dollar General, souvenir shops, and many options for restaurants and ice cream. Some of my favorite restaurants are Coastal-tuna nachos, Cactus Cantina-fast great Mexican food and the margaritas are top notch, Wolf Bay for crab dip appetizer, Lunas-all the food is great!, Cobalt-great food and amazing view-right on the bay, DMacs for good music, The Keg(smoking bar)-award-winning burgers, Tin Top-all the food is great-a little drive and often has a wait-staff is really good!. Dells Icecream-brownie sundae with salted caramel ice cream.
