The condo was beautiful and we loved the four bedrooms with the four king beds, this was a selling point for us. Hannah was so nice and responded very fast to answer all our questions. The elevator wasn’t that slow considering it was only 10 stories with 20 units. The fireworks show was the BEST we have ever seen. The only complaint would be that the grills were not in a good location. They need to be closer to the building and not up the hill by the road. We will book again!

It accommodated 4 couples with 4 bedrooms-all king size beds! We were so thrilled to find this place since we didn’t want to stay anywhere with smaller beds. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and very relaxing! This place is right on the beach and close to everything-restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We will definitely return. Hannah was also a great host and very responsive. Thank you.

I travel almost 100% of the time for work, staying at many hotels and Airbnb’s. From the views to the ease of use, and especially working with Hannah, this was an awesome experience. I would recommend 10/10 and will be looking to stay here again.

Our only complaints were that we had to go to a separate location to pick up our parking passes and that the description stated there was a coffee maker (did not indicate Keurig) and therefore we brought what we thought would be appropriate for a regular coffee maker. We ended up buying one and leaving it to donate to the condo so others wouldn’t have the same issue. Not a big issue at all but it would have been nice to clearly state what type.

This spacious condo is perfect for large families, with an inviting living room that opens up to the balcony with seating to enjoy your morning coffee while you watch for dolphins before a day at the beach and then ending the day with a peaceful sunset view.
The kitchen is outfitted with custom cabinetry, white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with cookware for your stay. For your convenience, this includes a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry area with tile flooring throughout the entire condo.
Perdido Dunes Tower offers many amenities, including a dune walkover to the beach, an outdoor pool, top floor fitness center, private storage for each unit, Wi-Fi throughout the tower and a dedicated parking spot and guest parking.
With a wonderful view of Perdido Pass, fishing at Alabama point, marinas nearby and restaurants and shopping within a short walking distance, this is the perfect location to hear the waves and walk the white, sandy beaches for your next getaway.

Unit is accessed by keyless entry. Key code will be provided three days prior to arrival.
There is one assigned parking space per condo unit number and one guest parking space per condo unit on a first-come-first-serve basis, as available. **Maximum of TWO parking spaces per condo unit allowed at any time.**
One parking tag is included in the rental. If an additional parking tag is needed, please notify the host for instructions on how to purchase an additional parking tag. Parking tags are $30 each.
