Phoenix X 302, Orange Beach, Alabama Vacation Rental by Owner

Hubby and I spent three nights at the Phoenix X, #302. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Great views. Everything worked perfectly. We loved being next door to the FloraBama. The owner was very easy to deal with. Although we had no issues, I felt that if we had, they would have been quickly addressed. The weather was absolutely perfect. Have been coming to the Alabama/Florida coast my entire life and have a lot of accommodations to compare this too. It was a great place.

Absolutely great place that had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation! The condo was perfectly clean, and was well thought out with for vacationers in mind. Lenard was great to deal with and I feel would address any issues quickly (were none) The condo was quiet on this end of Phoenix X and I loved parking on the 3 floor making access to our car convenient. Great place!

Great place to vacay!!! Love the third floor view. Very clean space, and the owner communicates very well. Located perfectly across the road from awesome restaurants, and the fabulous and famous Flora-Bama. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks for the great stay.

Great location with great view of the beach. The unit was clean with all the required amenities. The owner was available for questions or concerns and very engaging. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Perfect for a couple or couple with small children.

We stayed four nights for our honeymoon. Check in was smooth and enjoyable. The unit was super clean and well supplied. Convenient to attractions in both Alabama and Florida. We have discussed making this an annual trip!

The owner was very helpful throughout the entire rental process. The condo was very clean and exactly as described. The entire property was very nice. The outdoor pool was a little chilly but in November that is to be expected. The indoor pool and hot tubs made up for that. It was really nice being next door to Flora-Bama! Great stay!!!

This condo was very neat and clean with a great view of the Gulf. As always the owner checked in with us to make sure we arrived safely and that we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed using the pools and hot tubs. This is a great place for 2 people to get away and relax. I highly recommend this place.

Condo #302 was a great place to stay on the beach. Perfect location! The bed was very comfortable, place was clean, kitchen well equipped! The only down side to this vacation rental would be if anyone had difficulty walking. The condo is a long way from the parking deck. Mr. Farina was very attentive! Yes, I would definitely stay here again!

The moment you walked the smell of clean and fresh hits you! This condo is everything you need and more. The owner is awesome in anything you need also! Orange Beach is always our got to vacation and I will not stay anywhere but the X and now will always try and get this condo!

The condo was very nice. Loaded with everything you would need for a stay. Parking is no problem as there is a parking structure built on the building that goes to the floor of the condo. The unit faces the ocean for a great view. The owner is a pleasant person to do business with. He can also save you big bucks on the rental. A+ Rating

This condo was very clean and exactly what you see in the pictures. The view was gorgeous and Len was very attentive to my questions. Beach chairs were also provided which was nice. The condo building itself could use a little TLC but Len's condo was very nice and clean. The beach was awesome and not crowded at all. We very much enjoyed our first stay in Orange Beach!

This unit was the perfect size for me and my husband! I loved that it was on the third floor and the view from the balcony was amazing. I also liked that this unit had the half bath as not all of the one bedroom units have this at Phoenix X. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! Nice condo, with spectacular view from the 3rd floor. Easy access & having the parking garage was a plus!

Place is great very clean , the owner called to welcome us. Beach is beautiful , told us ware to get maps of the area. Recommend this one.
