Phoenix V, Unit 1103, Orange Beach, Alabama Vacation Rental by Owner

Absolutely loved our stay! Perfect condo, beach, and amazing views of the Gulf. Already booked for next year and can’t wait to return!

This is such a nice condo. Very clean, not too fancy, just feels comfy! Also very well stocked if you plan on eating in the condo. The owners are great to work with!

This condo is one of the best. Comfortable beds, million dollar view of the ocean, great amenities, and well stocked kitchen. Condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is up to date with stainless appliances. We made breakfast and lunch each day-saved money and time to allow us more time on the beach. Coffee is perfect on the covered porch watching the sea hawk and dolphins each morning. The hosts also have a great list of local eateries they suggest. We liked Cosmos for live music while you eat and also Bahama Bobs on the beach for fried crab claws and fresh catch of the day. The adults had fun at Florabama for a cool drink and live music right on the beach (taxi service suggested to have a safe time!). We will return to Barb's condo-always a pleasure. The host is responsive to your inquiries and makes the rental process smooth. Thanks again!!!

Our family hadn’t taken a vacation together in over 12 years! Our Gulf Shore stay couldn’t have been better! Beautiful condo, every amenity you could think of, and the star of the show-that incredible view of the Gulf from our balcony! Thanks Barb and Mike for giving our family many wonderful memories!

We had a wonderful experience, in fact it was simply the best! The condo is perfect, it is clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the furniture is spot on. We cannot say enough good things about this condo and the owners. Mike and Barb are class act people! We highly recommend this condo!

This is a wonderful condo. The unit is so well appointed. The owners haven’t missed a thing. The view is amazing and our trip was so relaxing! There are many many good restaurants in the area. And of course that beautiful gulf and sugar sandy beach. The owners are great to work with and we will definitely return for another visit.

We had such a fabulous memory maker at Barb's and Mike's condo Phoenix V , unit 1103! We had a family reunion with at least more than half of our big families...The condo is beautiful, the beds were so comfortable, the beach so beautiful .As we had a lot of young kids and babies...we enjoyed the pool and splash pad so much. The condo had so many nice amenities..coffee in the morning on the delightful porch..We needed a get away...This is it! We are from Sugar land tx and also had additional families staying in different units at this condo...Barb and Mikes condo was so awesome...had all the bells and whistles..Will definitely come back when we can...and also went to alligator ally with kids and golf for the big boys

This condominium is amazing! The balcony is very comfortable and the view is gorgeous. The extra sand toys in the closet came in very helpful for the kiddos and it is such a family-friendly place. Everything is updated and well kept. The quality of the beach was incredible and the width and depth of the beach from the condo appeared more spacious than the others up and down the beach. Splash pad is a huge hit for the kids and it was so nice to come back into such a nice condominium after playing outside. The beds slept so great and the decorations were beautiful. We've stayed in other condominiums and this is by far our favorite. Barb is such a sweet woman and was so very easy to deal with and incredibly helpful. Our family will definitely be returning to this condominium ??

This condo is beautiful and the owners are wonderful. The condo is nicely updated and has everything one would need for a week's stay. It is in a great location with a wonderful view. The owners are very nice and communication was great!! We will definitely stay here again. Would highly recommend this condo for your stay.

Wonderful condo and fantastic owners! Barb was so accommodating, and we truly loved renting from them! She made things so easy to book with her! Condo was located in a beautiful spot along the beach. Very pretty 3-bedroom condo! Very spacious and worked so well for our family! Close to everything (driving or walking). Highly recommend this condo!

We just returned from more than two glorious weeks in this condo. It is well appointed, well laid out, and extremely comfortable. I felt at home immediately! The kitchen has everything you need should you wish to cook. There is even a Keurig coffee maker AND and drip coffee maker. It was great to sit on the balcony in the comfortable furniture and have our morning coffee while watching the dolphins swim by and the Pelicans fish for their breakfast. We can’t wait to go back!

Wow! what a great condo! We loved the balcony with a sweeping view of the beach and at the time, magnificent waves. We could not leave the beautiful view and the comfy chairs on the balcony! The condo is well appointed and the kitchen has everything you could possibly want. In addition, the beds were comfortable and the shower was awesome. Just overall- great space. We loved the beach, and the Orange beach restaurants that we visited. Very good amenities at the Phoenix V. I would highly recommend this condo!!

Gorgeous condo and great owners! We love Orange Beach and are so happy to have found Mike and Barb as owners. The condo is updated and immaculate. We are snowbirds and will be coming back here every year!
