The trip to Orange Beach in early October was excellent! Not too hot, pool was still great, water was great with still plenty to do in town. The condo is very nice! it is updated, great view off the balcony and access to a boat slip. The host communicated with me throughout the process and was very accomadationg. I will be back!

We loved staying at POTB 1431 and can't wait to get back! Condo is in a perfect location, I could watch the kids float down the lazy river from the balcony. Balcony is one of the biggest on property. Having a boat launch on property is super convenient. Comfy beds and pillows, excellent washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen- this condo had everything we needed!

Great place to bring your boat. Launch right onsite with a great 40' slip. Quick access to the inlet and inter-coastal sandbars. Condo is clean, spacious with with huge windows. Car parking was close and easy. Highly recommended especially if you are bringing your boat.

We rented this unit for our family Thanksgiving trip. It was a great unit with an amazing view. The price was excellent compared with nearby condos. The condo was spacious, nicely furnished, and necessities provided. Too bad the weather was too cold and rainy to enjoy all the outdoor amenities the condo provided! We highly recommend this unit!

Perfect location. Condo was well equipped, but not updated. The beds were comfortable. Great deck and view. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. I rented off season for two months. For the price, the condo was excellent.
