This was a wonderful condo! Exactly as advertised. Parking on 9th floor garage is literally within 50 feet of the condo entrance. This is wonderful if you have someone with special needs that cannot walk long distances. We were there first week in August so not as crowded. Elevators never a problem. Husband and son loved the food from the new cafe. It was about $15 for a burger and fries, but very generous portions and very delicious. Brent was wonderful to work with. Super quick to respond. We love Orange Beach but tend to stay away from the high rise complexes due to our daughter's needs, but staying here changed our mind. It was just what we needed. Wonderful vacation!

Unit 910 with same level parking
Master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and has a 40” flatscreen TV. The Master bath features a walk in shower, jacuzzi tub, double sink vanity with lots of storage, and huge walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom also features a king sized bed and has a 32” wall mounted flatscreen TV. It has its own bathroom with tub/shower combo. The 3rd bedroom has two queen sized beds, 32” flatscreen TV, and it’s own full bathroom. There is also a 4th bathroom located off of the main hallway that includes a shower and full sized washer and dryer. Unit has Wi-Fi and satellite programming.
Kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a wet bar with wine fridge and ice maker. Kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, flatware, dinnerware, etc. Wet bar is stocked with wine glasses, etc.
Open Living Room features a sectional with two side chairs and a 50” flatscreen TV. The floor to ceiling windows gives you the amazing view of the Gulf!!
Dining Room also has the beautiful view of the Gulf, a table that seats 6 with an additional 3 bar stools at the kitchen bar.
Entryway has a keyless entry for the convenience of no keys!
This property has a large outdoor lazy river, water slide, pool, splash pad, tennis court, and grills. Inside you will find a heated pool along with hot tubs on the 1st floor. The 15th floor features a fitness room with beach views and there are 2 more hot tubs and saunas located on the 14th floor. New adult pool, full service bar and restaurant now open so need to leave.
Parking pass will need to be purchased on 2nd floor at the HOA front desk for $60. Failure to do so within 48 hours will result in a large fee. Up to 2 parking passes may be purchased. Here you will also pick up your guest bands at no charge. These bands will need to be wore while on property for access to amenities.
