This condo is GREAT!! Very well stocked, comfortable and roomy. The parking is awesome. The location is great, and the balcony is huge. We loved the loungers on the balcony. The owner is great to work with and responds fast to emails.

Other than some unusually chilly weather, we had a really nice time. We loved your condo, it was perfect for our family. It was decorated beautifully and had absolutely everything we needed. The building itself was also great, from the parking to the grills to easy access to the beach. We didn’t want to leave! We also really loved Orange Beach, a great town with plenty to do and lots of great places to eat. Our kids thought it was fun that we could walk to Florida. :) We will definitely keep your contact info and would certainly recommend your condo to others and also will keep it in mind for future visits!

I stayed at Cathy's condo for the month of Feb. The condo and location were perfect! I had some visitors on occasion and everyone thought this condo was so much nicer than the ones they rented in Orange Beach. Everything I needed for cooking and just enjoying my time was there. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. I loved relaxing on the huge patio and listening to the waves. Other people at the Regency were friendly and fun to get to know. The building, pools, grilling area & grounds were well maintained. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to visit there again.

Regency Isle is in a great location to all shops and amenities. The facilities are well kept. I have stayed their multiple times and would recommend it for a wonderful beach vacation.

This condo is one of the most beautiful I have ever stayed in. This was the first time we stayed on the west end of the building. We have rented here for many years and always liked the east end of the building, but both my husband and I agree it is much more quiet on the west end. We would definitely recommend staying in this condo, the owner was very pleasant and accommodating. The condo was very clean and well equipped. We will definitely be coming back!!!!

Beautiful Beachfront Condo!!! Regency Isle #412
The Master bedroom with its king size bed, opens up to the balcony so that you can enjoy the noise of the waves as you wake up each morning. The adjoining master bath has a full size garden tub along with a large standup shower and a rather large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and attached private bathroom. This room also has a balcony of its own that opens up to a view of Ono Island. The Third bedroom shares that same balcony, has a queen bed and also has its own private bath.
The kitchen is well equipped with whatever you may need to prepare a full meal. There is seating for eight people to dine. The unit has its own ice maker, so that when you are ready for a trip to the beach, the ice will be waiting for you.
The living room is furnished with very comfortable furniture, so that you can relax after a long day at the beach. There is also a queen size sleeper in the sofa in case you need extra room for more guests.
There is a large 65" HDTV in the living room, a 32" flat screen with built in DVD player in the master bedroom and a 42" TV in one of the two front bedrooms. The unit offers free wifi and satellite.
This unit and the building is very family friendly. You will have all the comforts of home so that you can enjoy your stay at beautiful Orange Beach!!!
